"I booked two rooms at Apo View Hotel for my family’s Davao City day trip. A deluxe room for my parents and a superior room for my siblings, as no family rooms were available. Wasn’t able to use the other hotel amenities since the Davao City stay was short. Despite a stressful flight rescheduling (with Cebu Pacific), the hotel was a highlight! The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with my parents loving the deluxe’s cozy vibe and my siblings enjoying the superior’s modern touches. On the booking i requested rooms around lower floors, unfortunately they refused and handed fourth floor rooms. The breakfast buffet, which I added on, was a hit with fresh fruits, adobo, and pandesal that brought the family together the morning after. Apo View hotel’s prime downtown location made exploring spots like People’s Park a breeze. I stayed here years ago and was thrilled it lived up to my memories. Will definitely book again for our next Davao adventure"

"The location is the city, ambiance is good, room is clean and tidy. Unfortunately the staff in the reception is rude and unhelpful. I politely request for a additional pillows since my husband has a medical condition. He needs to have 2-3 pillows for him to elevate his head while sleeping. However the front desk staff strongly informed me that they are fully booked and she cannot provide an additional pillows since the pillows are all consumed. So I just kept quiet and proceed to our room. So I ask one of the staff who help us in our luggage if he can spare me 2 more pillows. Good thing he provided us with 2 more pillows when he came back to our room. I understand if they are fully booked but that is not the problem of the client. Hotel Management should prepare extra pillows incase client will have their request. Management people in Hop Inn Hotel kindly conduct a seminar on your staff how to handle customer service. Since your staff in front desk is unprofessional, rude and no customer service at all. Attitude is everything....😡😠😣☹️😟"

"I am not sure if the hot and cold showers are functioning properly on the lower floors, but for us who are on the 4th and 8th floors, there is no hot shower available. The showers need to be replaced, as only three holes are functioning. The shower area on the 4th floor is clogged and literally flooded outside the shower room."

"깔끔하고 깨끗한 시설... 직원들의 친절함~~~ 하룻밤만 머물고 옮기려다가 하루 더 바로 예약~~~^.^ 더 좋은 건.. 호텔 주변 먹거리들이 풍부하고 무엇보다 스벅이 똭 자리잡고 있어서... 언제든지 시원한 커피를 마실 수 있다는... 맥도날드와 엘로우 캡은 24시간.. 세븐 일레븐도 있어서 야식을 이용하기에 최적인 호텔위치... 잘 쉬다가 갑니당.."

"I just want to say, thank you for a wonderful experience at sun my hotel, even thought theres a slight problem with the door on our room they immediately transfer us to another room and still clean and with complete amenities were seen. I stayed in 4 hotels in davao and this is one of the best hotel I stayed in even just for one night, It has a shower with a functioning heater and also the aircon is cool too, I also want to include the items that I left they even kept it and informed me( will book there soon). I never regret booking in this hotel. THANK YOU!🙂"

"It was a great stay.Location is perfect for travellers who has an earlier flight.it is 5minutes away from the hotel. sorroundings are clean .you can find restaurants nearby.There is laundry store too.accessable if you want to go to the city center there are taxi and jeepneys outside ."

"The hotel location is conveniently located, many restaurants, convenience stores and eateries in the vicinity. The front desk staffs are courteous and accommodating. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. One thing I don’t like in this hotel is the slow speed of the internet and you have to reconnect to their WiFi every time you came from outside."
