"Resepsiyonda işler biraz yavaş ilerliyor. Check-in saatine kadar bavullarımızı depoladılar. Bizi ilk önce sigara kokan bir odaya verdiler, odanın değiştirilmesini talep ettik ve hemen değiştirip temiz bir odaya aldılar. Odada sigara içilmesi yasak ve bu nedenle girişte 50 Euro depozito alıyorlar. Otel Gare de Midi'ye çok yakın bu yönüyle çok güzel ancak tekinsiz hissi veriyor. Oda oldukça geniş ve ferahtı. Banyo ve tuvalet temizdi ancak banyo penceresinde perde olmadığı için karşı binalardan rahatlıkla görülüyordu. Havluyla camı kapatıp öyle duş almak zorunda kaldık. Bence bu bir sorun ve bu sorunu çözmeliler."

"Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day."

"Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels"

"Hotel is in an amazing location. A short walk from pretty much everything. The hotel is recently renovated and stunning! It feels peaceful and relaxed inside and the breakfast service was wonderful even if a little busy and sometimes the kitchen is overwhelmed so you need to wait a little longer than usual. The hotel is very new so they are still figuring out how all their systems work but overall they are doing a great job. I’m surprised at the low price compared to other hotels in Brussels and I hope the price and service stays the same in the future. I would definitely be back. The hotel makes you feel very luxurious!"

"Yakın zamanda DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels'ta kaldım ve genel olarak çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşadım. Otel mükemmel bir konumda; şehir merkezine, toplu taşıma araçlarına ve birçok turistik noktaya sadece kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde. Lobisi modern ve misafirperver, check-in sırasındaki personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda temiz, konforlu ve tüm temel ihtiyaçlarla donatılmıştı. Check-in sırasında ikram edilen DoubleTree'nin özel kurabiyesini çok beğendim; her zaman hoş bir jest! Yatak çok rahattı ve her gece iyi bir uyku çektim. Öne çıkan özelliklerden biri, taze hamur işleri, meyveler ve sıcak yemekler de dahil olmak üzere çok çeşitli seçenekler sunan kahvaltı büfesiydi. Ancak, banyo biraz eski ve temizlik hizmeti daha düzenli olabilirdi diye 5 yerine 4 yıldız veriyorum. Bir gün, bazı banyo malzemeleri yenilenmemişti. Genel olarak, Brüksel'in kalbinde konfor ve rahatlık arayan hem iş hem de tatil amaçlı seyahat edenler için sağlam bir seçim. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalırım!"

"Konum: oldukça uygun ve havaalanından arabayla yaklaşık 25 dakika. Ama görünen o ki aerobus rotasına pek yakın değil (bilginiz olsun, buraya aerobus ile gelmek istiyorsanız ve bu yüzden bir sürü bagajla Cabify'ı tercih etmemizin sebebi bu, hahaha :)) Servis: Oldukça sıcakkanlı ve misafirperver personel, ilk check-in işleminizde size oteli gezdirecek ve sizi masadan odanıza götürecektir. Kolaylıklar: bize çatının altındaki oda tahsis edildi ve bu oda oldukça dar ve yüksekliği normalden daha düşük. Daha da kötüsü sokak manzarası yok."

"MIDI tren istasyonunun karşısında, sadece 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde elverişli bir konumda. Lobide su sebili, odada şişelenmiş su yok. Aile odası iki yatak odası ve banyodan oluşuyordu, çocuklu aileler için iyi."

"Otel şehir merkezinde yer alıyor ve çok eski. Ancak internet hızının süper hızlı olduğunu, çok sayıda TV ve İngilizce radyo istasyonunun bulunduğunu ve kahvaltının bu otel kadar iyi olmadığını düşünüyorum. Servis personeli oldukça hevesli, ancak park yeri çok pahalı."

"Oda yeni ve temizdi, hizmet mükemmeldi. Genel olanaklar da iyiydi. Konumu harika ve güvenli, birçok turistik yere ve yaya caddesine yakın, bu da yemek ve alışveriş için çok uygun. Ayrıca alt katta çok çeşitli ürünler sunan büyük bir Çin süpermarketi de var. Yılbaşı gecesi ve Ay Yeni Yılı'nın ilk gününde burada kalmaktan keyif aldım."
