Location is easily accessible. Lots of food varieties and touristy areas being just a stone throw away or a 10mins drive away. Service within the hotel is the best where they start from offering a warm cup of tea upon stepping into the hotel. The staff is a friendly as your personal concierge that look into your daily requirements! From offering different pillow type to sending personalised message card with mini fruit basket. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Chengde!

New hotel, with spotless facilities and friendly staff. It's very close to the Chengde South Station, which is handy for high speed trains - though is a bus ride or taxi ride away from downtown Chengde and the Mountain Resort area. (Bus 29 takes you down there, but takes a while). Breakfast was good, and there are snacks in reception wheel you come back. The restaurant is only open in the morning - no bar/other facilities, but there are places to eat/shop nearby, though the area feels very new and developing. It was a great choice for me as I came in and out of Chengde South Station and I used the hotel as my base.

The staff automatically upgraded our room. They allowed us for late check up till 4pm the next day which helped us a lot because our high speed train back to Beijing was at 6:40pm. The hotel is located at the back lane of the commercial street 二仙居。we can get taxi easily in front of the hotel. We stayed there during low peak season, we had good service in the hotel. We loved the free supper served at 9:30pm.

Brilliant location for visiting the Chengde Mountain Resort. The hotel is located just on the other side of the wall of the park and is at a quiet corner 200m from the entrance. Very convenient for an early start to avoid the crowds. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at hotel. Room is good size and spotlessly clean. Many good local eateries within a short walking distance for excellent food at very reasonable prices

The hotel was really lovely, especially the location was top class being close to the river and to the palace as well as the city centre. The staff was really helpful and friendly as well. As for the room it was spotless and even though we got given a smoking room it didn't smell. All in all pleasant experience.

We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. If you’re a foreigner traveling to Chengde, I would totally recommend that you stay at this hotel! The location is great! It’s close to three temples - Puning Temple, Waiba Temple and Putuo Temple. Also, it’s a 15 min walk to the Chengde Museum. By car, it’s about 8 minutes to the Summer Resort (or a 50-minute walk if you like walking 😄). People are friendly and nice at the hotel. They spoke to me in Chinese, but because I speak Chinese. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay, helping me with delivery and buying tickets for the Kangxi Ceremony. If I go again, I’ll definitely stay there again. 谢谢！

環境：十分不錯，周圍去哪都近，也可以免費停車。 衞生：房間衞生做的也很不錯。 服務：本來是去考試的，結果早晨發現時間自己都算錯了。把房退了，後續打電話溝通發現還可以住到中午，非常感謝幾位服務人員，還特地要了他們的工號，感謝。

A nice hotel with a great location near the Jinshanlin mid-gate. From the hotel, we took two long and beautiful 10km walks along the Great Wall. The room we stayed in for two nights was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent. It's a large hotel, and unfortunately, there were few other guests. The private car transfer to Beijing, which we arranged through reception for an agreed-upon price, ultimately wasn't handled well and caused us considerable frustration. After leaving, it turned out the driver wasn't allowed to enter Beijing's inner ring road with his car, and shortly afterward, he suddenly asked for a higher price for the ride.
