4 Yıldız Dali Otellerini Bulun

This is probably one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. Not only was the location amazing (the hotel overlooks the Erhai and Cangshan, making breakfasts and any meals eaten extremely picturesque and peaceful) but the staff was incredibly kind, doing everything they could to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. On the day of our arrival, a staff came to pick us up from the taxi and carried our luggage to the hotel, making sure we wouldn't get lost. On our last day, another staff member took us to the bus station, carrying our bags and waiting until the bus came to pick us up. The hotel is located just off the main street, still next to the main shopping area, but allowing for a more quiet and peaceful environment. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the furniture to the rooms to the plants. We would highly recommend coming to this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for making our trip so wonderful and welcoming, Cloud House! Appreciate you!!!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—staff greeted me warmly at the pick-up point and efficiently transported me to the hotel via buggy. They kindly prepared the room early so I could check in ahead of time and rest. The location is breathtaking, with a stunning view overlooking Erhai. Waking up to the sunrise right in front of the lake was unforgettable, and the hotel even has a rooftop deck where I could enjoy the view in a peaceful, open setting. One of the highlights of my stay was the coffee—rich, beautifully presented, and complimentary. It was honestly one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The staff were consistently positive, engaging, and incredibly helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed, including booking an e-scooter through their local app since I didn’t have a Chinese number. They went out of their way to help, never once showing any reluctance or frustration. My room was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like a water dispenser and humidifier that made my stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, heartwarming, and clearly prepared with care. There are a few small improvements that could elevate the experience even further: a small bench to sit on while putting on shoes, a jacket hanger near the entrance, and blinds that could be adjusted to a half-height setting rather than just fully open or closed. That said, these are minor details in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

What a perfect little hotel, with service and amenities rivaling those of five-star hotels we have stayed in in other countries. We stayed for 4 nights and wished it was longer. The concierge 00管家 is extremely considerate and maintained constant communication with us through WeChat, including for airport pickup and drop off which the hotel provided free of charge. Huge thanks to 00管家 for a seamless stay. As for the hotel, we were immediately impressed by the tranquil and beautifully designed premises. The room was also beautiful - and the bed SUPER COMFORTABLE. There is nothing we lacked during our stay. We could also easily order takeout via ******* and eat while watching TV on the cosy sofa in the room. Our stay also include daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and nightly Chinese dessert. They were all delicious. 00管家 will contact us everyday to check if and when we would like to eat. There are several small eateries and convenience stores near the hotel. Our favourite was a tiny craft beer bar called 小卖部 - highly worth checking out. Last but definitely not least, the hotel has a resident corgi puppy Nono who stole our hearts. We were happy to just chill in the hotel lobby to play with Nono everyday. He even accompanied us on one of our car rides to Dali ancient town. You can tell he is very happy and well taken care of - just like all the guests there :)

The Dali Commune was absolutely wonderful!!! The entire compound is serene and beautiful. The staff was super friendly, the grounds were immaculate, and the rooms were comfortable and gorgeous. One of the best bathrooms I’ve ever seen too! Highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Dali! We plan to come back just to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Resort Hotel close to Dali Old Town. The room was clean, and quiet and provided everything we could ask for. The staff welcomed us wholeheartedly and was always happy to help! Booking a shuttle to Dali Trains station was also very easy via the front desk. The breakfast was also delicious! While we stayed there, it consisted of a soup, porridge, sweet potatoes, maize and a boiled egg, as well as pickles on the side. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience!

I truly enjoyed my stay here — to the point that I honestly had no heart to leave. The only downside is that the homestay is a little far from Dali Old Town, but once you see the view, you’ll realize it is absolutely worth it. The service here is top-notch. The butlers were exceptional — very accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. One thoughtful gesture that really touched me was when they packed my breakfast the night before, knowing I had to check out early the next morning. The photography session was another highlight. The photographers were so professional and amazing that I ended up purchasing all the photos, which says a lot about how happy I was with the experience. I will definitely come back again — and next time, I hope to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beautiful views, and genuinely warm service.
