"To begin with, I had to extend my stay and approached the reception desk, where I was attended by a staff member named Spring. Unfortunately, she did not appear happy to assist me and was unaware that I had already booked and extended my stay. This was a disappointing experience.
Later, before checkout time, I requested an extended checkout. The same staff member was not polite and was quite argumentative. She did not apologise even after I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment. She seemed least bothered and continued looking at the computer, while her manager, Ben Mo, had to apologise on her behalf, as she appeared unconcerned.
This behaviour was very unpleasant and unprofessional. As a result, I decided to check out at 12 noon and also gave up my plan to extend my stay for one more day. Due to this experience, I would normally rate the service level as poor, as I was unhappy with the checkout process. However, I do not want to take away from the hard work of the rest of the staff. Therefore, as a benefit of the doubt, I am giving a five-star rating. Also as I regularly stay at this hotel and I like the hotel personally and also the staff is very nice to me as always. Thank you."
