"洗手枱的水龍頭跟房間的裝修設計不搭配，水龍頭的水量很小，洗手枱的水龍頭，雙床房的床有點小，衣架也少，上面寫着洗衣服務，衹有一個洗衣機跟一個烘乾機，然後酒店那麼大，全程都排不上洗衣服，早餐的味道可以。拖鞋的碼數也有點小（女士）。酒店那個酸奶衹有吸管，但是沒有酸奶，還有洗澡的那個噴頭的那個水管太硬了，洗澡根本不好洗，就是手拿的那個噴頭那個水管太硬了服務水平是服務的很好，但是酒店的有很多問題，不是很好。"

"雖然有一些小插曲，但瑕不掩瑜，還是五星好評。酒店就在風景區裏，風景非常棒，房間有設計感，乾淨有美感，備品是歐舒丹的，送的歡迎水果比一些五星級酒店的紅綠燈優秀太多，mini吧豐富，作為一些野奢酒店，性價比很高。工作人員服務熱情周到，可能酒店總體量不大，管家服務能更仔細，餐廳出品很不錯，早餐也蠻豐盛晚上田裡還有燈光秀建議： 1.希望地圖導航定位更準確，路牌指示更清晰 2.房間電視有會員可以看電視 3.浴室墊腳的毛巾可以更厚一些 4.升級吹風機 5.圍爐煮茶的防火安全"

"曾住過幾次該店，也評價過，因都不是冬季入住，沒有切身體驗。這次入住近年關，氣温低，晚上洗澡僅幾分鐘就是冷水，凍得渾身打抖。好在開了兩間房，趕緊到另一間沖洗。原以為是大鍋爐燒水，總枱服務員説名間一個熱水器，熱天氣温高，勉強可以適應，但兩人用也要間隔半小時方可繼續。實話説，該酒店各方面都不錯，價位也不高，若改善洗澡設備，還是頗有競爭力的！"

"我們到酒店已經完全天黑，辦了入住到房間，很驚喜，四周平台很大，木屋帳篷房雖小但五臟俱全，屬於夢中小情屋了，孩子一直説:這要是我們家就好了。獨棟的，很適合一家人度假的小房子。早餐比較簡單，自己調味的餌絲好吃，一定要加雲南糟酸菜，才更有雲南味道。酒店下面有一大片油菜花田，也有觀景的棧道，要求不高可以不用奔波景區去堵車，能就近賞花了。説下缺點，因為是木屋，走動聲響會大點，卧室的穀倉門都不太好滑動。酒店附近有條公路，遠處山上還有鐵路，晚上聲響有點大，睡眠不好的會有影響。我們住的那天遇到大風，早上風吹動篷布翻動聲響很大。"
