Room is big and clean . Room provide a lot of free mineral water . This is the first time , I encounter this good service . They also provide free laundry . Is good to stay in the Room facing the lake . Breakfast have good variety . Food is not too oily

Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service! Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. 來鹽城出差的 第一次入住這裏 位置就在機場裏面 很方便 酒店環境很好 床品也很柔軟 睡的很舒服 隔音效果也不錯 房間衞生能看得出來打掃得很仔細了 酒店大廳就能查到航班訊息 真的很方便 這裏還要特別誇一下前台的小帥哥小嚴 很熱情 因為對當地不熟 問了很多問題 都很有耐心的回答了 入住體驗感很好 下次有機會還會選擇這裏

Everything was wonderful about the hotel except the spa. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. However, when we booked massages at the spa. The masseuse for our feet looked at her phone the entire time and gave minimal effort. It was an expensive and disappointing spa experience. Other than that I would hightly recommend the hotel. It was comfortable and accommodating.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The parking and security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

Not bad, but the room had a damp musty odor that wasn’t pleasant. It was clean overall. Good breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay in my wife’s hometown of Dongtai.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the last two months. Always a pleasure to see the smiling staff. The hotel features a simple but sumptuous breakfast, compiementary dinner with porridge, steamed bread and veggies. There is a simple gymnasium and laundry room for the guests. Excellent service. After checking out I mistakenly placed order on Taobao for multiple items with delivery to this hotel. On informing the staff, they made sure to collect all the items and handover to my colleagues.

這次入住鹽城大縱湖東晉水城開元酒店，體驗真的超出預期，全程舒心又治癒，酒店就在東晉水城景區內，位置絕佳，出門就是古街、小橋流水，步行可達大縱湖，看夜景、賞水秀、逛宋街都特別方便，景區接駁車也很貼心，停車、入園、遊玩一站式搞定，度假感直接拉滿。整體是南宋風與江南園林結合的建築，隨手拍都是古風大片，環境安靜雅緻，遠離城市喧囂，特別適合放鬆度假。服務更是開元一貫的高水準，一踏入大縱湖開元的大堂，瞬間就被新中式江南格調拿捏了！白牆黛瓦的元素、雅緻的水景綠植、暖柔的燈光搭配，古色古香又不失質感，拍照特別出片。地面一塵不染，傢俱擺件規整有序，空氣裏是淡淡的清雅香氛，沒有雜亂氣味。休息區沙發舒適，等候時前台主動遞上温熱茶水，辦理入住效率超高，工作人員小薛熱情耐心，還會主動告知接駁車、景區演出時間。禮賓主動幫忙提行李，全程微笑不打擾；大堂的景區微縮模型很精緻，背景音樂舒緩不嘈雜，整體氛圍安靜又温馨，完全沒有喧囂感。房間寬敞明亮，新中式風格温馨大氣，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果好，晚上睡得很安穩。衞生間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，水壓水温穩定，洗漱用品品質在線，細節做得很到位。部分房間還能看到水景或庭院，視野開闊，空氣清新，住起來非常愜意。遇到問題響應及時、解決到位，工作人員全程禮貌周到，貼心又不打擾，讓人感覺特別温暖。早餐必須重點誇！品類豐富、新鮮美味，中式西式都齊全，熱菜、粥品、麪點、水果、飲品應有盡有，鹽城特色魚湯麪、小餛飩、雞蛋餅、藕粉圓子味道正宗，口感在線，餐枱補菜及時，用餐環境乾淨整潔，服務人員收盤主動，早餐品質完全不輸高端酒店，每天都吃得很滿足。酒店餐飲也很出色，主打淮揚菜與縱湖湖鮮，食材新鮮、口味地道，無論是家庭小聚還是休閑用餐都很合適。配套設施齊全，健身房、小童樂園、書吧、藝術長廊都有，長者小孩都能找到樂趣，親子游、家庭遊、休閑度假都非常適合。整體環境美、服務好、早餐贊、位置便利、性價比高，是大縱湖片區當之無愧的首選酒店。下次來這邊一定還選這裏，真心推薦給所有想來水鄉度假的朋友！

Swimming pool is really nice. Convenience store is really convenient, especially with the funds that is 60 rmb daily with your hotel room key card. Food in the cafe could be better though. Toilet paper is not enough. Some mold on the ceiling is also not a very pleasant experience. BBQ cafe is quite good
