New hotel- the hotel looks amazing, facilities are good and the staff are friendly. Walking distance to shops, a convenience store and restaurants. However, the traffic in the surrounding roads leading to the hotel was very bad! On bad days, it took 2 hours ++ by car just to get back to the hotel. Will need to consider travelling by scooter if you don't want to be stuck in traffic. Plus, make sure to leave enough time when leaving for the airport. I know the traffic issues are unavoidable... otherwise everything else regarding this hotel is great!

The hotel is nice. The room is big and convienent. The hotel is located at a quite area, but it's not that close to Ubud (if you are new to Ubud, it's hard to guess what is close and what not). What isn't nice is the following: the state of the hotel. It looks quite good for now, but you see cracks in the resort floor all around it. In about a few years this place will be a bit decaying (i hope they don't let it come that far). The gym (seperate from the hotel) is very nice but quite expensive. If you want a hotel with a nice gym included, make sure you take that in account.

This is our 4th time of staying in this hotel also our second time in Alam Villa. But after compared to last time we stayed in 2018, it's sad to say this hotel is going down hill. The hotel is severly under staff, things are getting old, pipes are leaking. Compared to the same Anniversary holiday, we had a different experience and treatment this time. We do hope the hotel management can do something to improve. Still, we still recommend this hotel to someone who has limited budget.

When they call this Hideaway Village that is the perfect name. The ride there at night was scary going through the narrow roads 😳. Once we did arrive you checked into your room outside on a dirt driveway. The stairs to your room are a bit interesting, this place is not handicapped accessible at all. They have lots of mosquitos and have you sign a waiver about why there is insect repellent in the rooms, you need to sign a waiver so you cannot try to sue them for the nature side of the visit. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the bathrooms. The swimming pool does not look how they did it in the video I saw on TikTok. You have to call and order anything you want from the staff by phone. They stop serving food to rooms at 9 pm. Breakfast was great. There is no place to do any activities everything is done from your room unless you take a nature walk. This place is like being in a jungle but has a nice place to sleep while in the jungle as well as eat and drink. If you are a nature, and wilderness person this is the perfect hotel to go to. Unfortunately, I am not. I am A bougie city girl. So this was a bit of a shocker 🙄 🤔 😐 😒 for me. I am glad to add this experience to my bucket list, had I truly known all I wrote in here I would not have gone, but overall this was a great adventure and took me out of my element. So yes I suggest you try this place of you are like me. Just wanted to be transparent on what you will be getting yourself into. Can get lots of beautiful 😍 pictures 📸.

İlk başta şüpheciydim ama check-in yaptığımda her şey değişti 180. Temiz, hoş kokulu, büyük oda. Kahvaltı pek çok çeşitle tamam. Ödediğimiz ücret ve sahip olduğumuz olanaklarla Aston Denpasar buna fazlasıyla değer! Mutluydu. Bravo Aston'a! Aston'a teşekkür ederiz!

Easy check in and bag transfer by bell staff was very quick and efficient. Nice resort with direct access to the Sanur beach. The only negative feedback is for the cocktail drinks. They were not mixed or made correctly. Bar tender needs more training!
