The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Не могу оценить именно этот отель, так как меня поселили в соседний Grand Hotel Savoia, но поскольку это одна сеть, думаю, комментарий могу оставить. Отель Savoia мне в целом понравился: красивые интерьеры с намеком на люкс, шикарные завтраки на террасе с большим выбором блюд, в этом ресторане по утрам и вечерам живая музыка - играет пианист, очень красиво! 😍 Уборка ежедневная, меняли полотенца и бутилированную воду ставили каждый день. Расположение удобное, если ваша поездка построена на ж/д, так как вокзал Genova Piazza Principe находится в трёх минутах от отеля (удобно добираться в Милан, Специю, Санта Маргарита Лигуре и по близлежащим городкам и пригороду). Единственное что меня сильно расстроило - я останавливалась в этом отеле на свой день рождения, но не было никакой даже открытки. Всё-таки для отеля высокого уровня норма - проявлять внимание к гостям, особенно если у них какие-то важные события и даты.

the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

La struttura è molto pulita e curata nei dettagli, con camere confortevoli e accoglienti. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire assistenza. La posizione è comoda per muoversi in città, anche se non proprio centralissima rispetto ad alcune attrazioni. Le dotazioni e i servizi sono buoni, anche se potrebbero essere ulteriormente migliorati per rendere il soggiorno ancora più completo. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.

In una posizione tranquilla, dalla stanza si poteva vedere un bel verde. Albergo con un'ottima e ampia scelta per la colazione e personale gentile. Peccato che abbia bisogno di qualche ritocco. La nostra camera aveva la moquette bucata, il copriwater spostato (un po' fastidioso) e le luci erano un po' basse... Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo comunque.

Tutto perfetto nell hotel. Camera ampia con bagno gigante e pulizia impeccabile, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione dolce. Posizione perfetta se volete visitare l'acquario ed il centro storico. Unica nota, il parcheggio convenzionato ha un piano intero dedicato alle auto elettriche ma non funzionavano le colonnine. Per fortuna proprio sotto l hotel ce n'è una!
