"既下山，便下山，冬夜的歸途。 設施：💯既下山的酒店美學設計非常在線，一步一景，融合了古大同晉韻，拍照絕絕出片。 酒店配了泳池，餐廳，健身房，泳池水質很清，泳池上方房頂配了壁畫，根藝術🎨。 早餐可以自選和單點，刀削麪很好吃，師傅水平在線。餐具很精緻。咖啡豆風味也不錯。 洗漱用品：💯房間裏配了觀夏方洗漱用品，好像洗髮水護髮素是定製的？官方店裡沒找到對應的。不過洗髮水很好用，不像有些酒店現在的選品是，徒有品牌效應。既下山觀夏的這一套很好用！身體乳也不錯，撫平大同帶來的皮膚乾燥問題。 沐浴絲瓜絡也很好，摩擦在皮膚上不會痛。 另外還配了氣墊梳，這個還挺驚喜的，大同風挺大的，頭髮容易大打結，氣墊梳個很貼心了 毛巾床品都非常ok。 熱水壺是咖啡手沖壺，細細的壺嘴，配上房間裏的掛耳咖啡，雖然沒用上，但感覺很貼心了。 衞生：衞生沒有啥問題，是新酒店，所有東西都還維持的非常好，希望下次來大同既下山，還可以🈶現在的衞生水平 環境：酒店的環境優勢在於住客等私密性很好，因為建築設計的考究，每個房間都有不同的方位和空間，住客之間互相照面的可能性不大，感覺很安靜很舒心。 服務：服務上，感覺可能需要進一步細化員工SOP，比如介紹酒店設施，顧客引導性溝通，以及熱情度表現。 我還挺喜歡酒店能提供熱情的服務多，之前住過鬆贊多酒店，當時真的有被酒店員工多真誠個熱情打動到，會給人感覺非常加分。 開夜床和夜間甜湯的服務也蠻好的，給人温馨多感覺。但是，我們回酒店的時候，發現衣櫃門沒關緊，還嚇了一跳，後來才發現，應該是酒店員工放床毯的時候忘記關緊了。床毯也比較隨意的堆在櫃子裏，也讓我嚇了一跳，懷疑有人進房間了😂如果疊整齊了放在櫃子裏會更好喲 另外，希望進酒店的時候，可以給更多的介紹，因為酒店的佈局比較有私密性，所以好多設施不容易找到，所以希望可以有一些設施介紹提供給住客。 建議可以多一些文化訊息的傳遞，我是是看既下山官方賬號種草來的，對它宣傳的建築設計，在地文化體現比較感興趣，但是酒店裡這些訊息不多。希望可以再加油😎員工看着都薛微有點緊張哈哈，可以再自信篤定一些～ 總結：一開始感覺，“就這？”再細品，“可以，下次還來！” 另外再嘮叨一句，這次給升級了房型，很開心🥳"

"Fabulous hotel - great breakfast BUT no way to turn down the heating- it was unbearably hot.  Window open all night and still too hot to sleep.  There was a note on tv that they had air conditioning for heat only and sorry for inconvenience! It was a shame as otherwise hotel good. No bar to have a drink in.  Breakfast was amazing- Hugh choice"

"Good location, quiet and comfortable room with views of the city gate. Was asked all kinds of questions when checking in (where I was going, what I was travelling for, where I was coming from and how I got to Datong. They even asked to see my train ticket!). Being interrogated on arrival doesn't feel very friendly, and nowhere else in Datong or other parts of China was I asked these questions."

"I booked two rooms for 4, and we were given rooms beside each other. We arrived late at night around 9.30pm and check in went smoothly. Rooms were very comfortable and were equipped with SMART tech with voice activation! We were also able to check out a little later upon request since our train left later in the afternoon. I also had packages delivered to the reception and had no issues. Location was great and easy to explore the ancient city and also to see the main wall itself. One thing to note is that there isn't a formal drop off point but you can definitely get dropped off and picked up along the side of the road. The room layout was slightly different than the images on Trip.com (I booked a Double bedroom with courtyard view with a stay voucher), but the room was good too although I would have preferred the toilet configuration in the photos. Overall, a great place to stay and I'd definitely stay here again if I get to come back to Datong. They also have a bakery at the lobby and it gets sold out pretty quickly!"

"帶孩子的二人大同之旅，酒店管家團隊早早主動聯繫，車接車送。 酒店位置絕佳，古城內，東南邑中心，旁邊毗鄰著名的沙棘冰激凌和佛小伴店，關帝廟走不到10分鐘，善化寺打車6分鐘，華嚴寺打車8分鐘，酒店斜對面就是東南邑里最高吃的小店“張張蔬食”，晚上出去衚衕滿樹的紅燈籠，無比愜意鬆弛。 酒店服務主打一個暖心，早飯有小米遼參、刀削麪、烤小黃魚、小排骨、手撕雞、鮮榨各種汁、咖啡牛奶熱乎乎的豆漿，菜品精緻量足誠意滿滿，主打讓你餓不着。晚上在院子裏盪鞦韆，帥氣的男服務員路過看到，笑眯眯走過來：晚上外面涼，如果您覺得冷，我給您端一杯熱水吧！糟糕，怎麼回事，中年老婦女的心動——老公都沒對這麼好啊🥹晚上另一位大眼睛英俊男服務員禮貌敲門：您好，給您送一下今天的晚湯，剛熬出來的有點熱，小朋友注意不要被燙到哈。嚶🥹一壺膳魔師+兩個可愛的小碗端進來，可是我白天已經吃了好多好多了，下午回房間還有滿滿一盤子堅果、小點心和話梅汁？深深感到酒店就怕我餓着😂，必須餵飽。 設施：簡潔、優美、實用，二層晚上古城夜景絕美，洗髮水是我自己家用的牌子，熟悉的味道。格外要説一下浴衣和其他酒店的毛巾感不同，穿着超級舒服（孩子很喜歡）。送了一包蒸汽眼罩，還有浴球、面膜、浴巾、一次性內衣毛巾等一系列、漱口水，第一天的沒用第二天仍然接着送……默默奉獻發光發熱。 最後一天臨走上了車，送了一個大袋子（驚喜！）包裏都是各種特產。😭孩子説太鬆弛太舒服了以後還想來。 忙碌的人們都來被狠狠照顧和治癒一下吧！"

"The hotel is located in a good location near shops Nd the old town sights. The rooms are large and the service on the executive floor was excellent, fresh fruit everyday not just once. The restaurant and room service are open lunch and diner time only, no late meals. Extensive breakfast is available. There is a bar but did not see many users. Did not see any gym or pool but it is possible I missed them. The bed was very comfortable and the high speed station (less than 2 hours to Beijng) is about 30 minutes away by taxi. Very enjoyable would revisit."
