房間比較大，有個小廚房，衞生間大小也可以。酒店地理位置非常棒，大堂服務的有一位很帥的意大利大叔非常專業和nice。早餐也不錯，雖然種類不像國內酒店那麼多、有一些自助的酸奶、堅果、果醬、幾種蛋糕和幾種麪包，另外還有單點的（就是一些煎蛋或者蛋卷、火腿芝士香腸，種類也並不繁多）。房間服務上比較鬱悶的就是碰到一個特別軸的，我們為了房間寬敞一點和方便一點、把一個大條凳給挪到了邊上，她每天早晚進來的時候都會又把它挪回中央，於是就每天我們挪過去她挪回來，day by day 🤦

St. Regis, her yerde duvar resimleri ve antika mobilyalarla dolu, oldukça eski, güzel bir eski binada yer alıyor. Ancak, hizmetçim siyahiydi ve hizmet vasattı. Çocuklara istediklerinde bornoz veya terlik verilmedi. Simgesel Ponte Vecchio manzaralı Arno Nehri manzaralı odanın gecelik fiyatı beş haneli rakamlardı ve kesinlikle değdi. Uyandırma servisinin getirdiği küçük bisküvi kovası da lezzetliydi.

The La Gemma is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. Staff was very helpful & gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in for our second stay there. They also put a bottle of chilled champagne in our room to celebrate my birthday. Also enjoyed the lovely spa & rooftop outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the city. Will definitely stay there again.

Ben bu oteli çok beğendim. Dört mevsimin en güzeli sayılmayı hak ediyor. Yürümek için kocaman bir bahçesi var. Havuz kenarındaki restoranın pizzası da çok lezzetli. ünlü caddeye servis otobüsü ile bir dahaki sefere burada kalacağım.

位置很好，步行可以到烏菲茲、百花大教堂等，非常方便。 因為酒店處於老城區，房子比較古老，但是總體來説體驗不錯。

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

The Hotel is amazing, the location is just next to Florence cathedral. So close to good restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to go for extra mile to fulfill customer's needs. The rooms of the hotel is definitely one of the best with many layouts to choose from. Highly recommend the penthouse suite with a terrace, room 401c has a breathtaking dual duomo view and city view. The room is spacious and worth the money for sure.
