新しくオープンした大阪のホテルに滞在しました。場所は少しわかりにくく、タクシー運転手も知らないことがありましたが、内装はとても素敵で、スタッフのホスピタリティが抜群でした。朝食でいただいたフレンチトーストは今まで食べた中で一番おいしく、東京のホテルはまだ知りませんが、国内でも最高のホテルです

1. İki kişinin kalabileceği kadar geniş olup, dairemizin pencere dışı manzarası ortalamadır; müstakil vestiyer mevcuttur, banyo ve banyo ayrıdır. Koyacak yer olmaması biraz utanç vericidir. banyoda cep telefonu ve banyodaki su miktarının oldukça rahat olması; 2. Giriş 20. kattadır. Ön büro İngilizce ve Japonca konuşmaktadır ancak Çince konuşulmamaktadır. 20. katta bir bar ve Michelin yıldızlı bir restoran bulunmaktadır. 3. Otelin koridor köprüsünden JR İstasyonu ve Umeda İstasyonuna gitmek çok uygundur. Giriş, peron numarasını ve kalkış saatini öğrenmek için Google haritasını kullanabilirsiniz. Bir iki gün yürürseniz kesinlikle sorun olmayacaktır. Kobe, Kyoto, Nara ve Namba'ya gittik ve hepsi çok uygun olan JR, Hanshin ve Loop hatlarını kullandık. 4. Alışverişten bahsetmiyorum bile, hepsi AVM'ler. AVM'lerdeki restoranlar yemek için sıraya giriyor ama rezervasyon gerekmiyor. Mesai saatleri dışında giderseniz mutlaka oturup yemeğe başlayabilirsiniz. Otelin bulunduğu AVM'nin güney kapısının hemen dışında bir eczane var. Tüm hizmetler Çince. Yanında kendi kendine Çince öğrenen bir Japon kardeş var, bu beni şok etti😱.

We have just completed our final day in Osaka, and our stay at your hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. The property and its facilities are outstanding—immaculately clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The service throughout our stay has been truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the Bellman team on the 1st floor. They consistently offered assistance with genuine warmth and never hesitated to help with anything we needed. In particular, the tall gentleman from Myanmar (my apologies for not asking his name) stood out for his excellent service. Regarding check-in, although there was an initial oversight in reconfirming our booking benefits and communicating certain details, this was quickly resolved when we approached the counter again and met Kiki. He handled everything with calm professionalism and a refined, welcoming manner that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel. I would also like to highlight the Chat Service team. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they responded promptly and efficiently through the LINE application, assisting with every request—including detailed information about Osaka. Kudos to your entire Front Office team. Our afternoon tea experience, with a window seat and wonderful tea selection, was another highlight. It made our last day truly memorable. We highly recommend it to future guests. Well done to the Patina Osaka team. We will definitely return.

Excellent location - can take JR, metro and dine and shop nearby without taking an umbrella on rainy days - well connected to covered pathway and subway. Staff are friendly and attentive. Room is well designed and spacious. A little bit of noise caused by trains at times but totally bearable. Only suggestion is to replace the pillows. Really no support at all.

The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.  There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the  refrigerator is not cold enough.

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

We stayed for six nights. The hotel was a bit far from the train station, but it offered the best view. Overall, I would say it was wonderful: a big bed, a clean room, and nice, friendly staff. The only thing we didn't like was that the breakfast wasn't that good. We found there was not much variety, the same food everyday (with only a few changes), a lack of staff, too many people, and food shortages everyday of our stay

This is one of the better ones from hoshino The night outdoor activities were really a nice gesture Breakfast and public bath was also nice

Oda Japonya'ya göre oldukça büyük, olanaklar yeni ve tasarım harika. Banyo da oldukça geniştir ve bağlantılı odalar bulunmaktadır. Üç kişilik bir aile, çift kişilik yatak + çekyat rezervasyonu yaptı. Odada bir şişe dağ kaynak suyu, kapsül kahve, sıcak çikolata ve atıştırmalıklar sunulmaktadır; bu çok düşünceli bir davranıştır. Tek sıkıntısı bir iş bölgesinde olmaması, alışverişe gitmek için taksiye binmeniz ya da metroya binmeniz gerekiyor ki bu da pek uygun değil.

the location is very strategic, easily accessible by both taxi and train. It is a very short walk to major train station (Osaka Shin) and modern shopping mall. Good for business traveller
