"Ayala Cebu is a nice hotel that is next to Ayala mall. We arrived late and wanted to eat some , thinking the mall would be open. Please note that all food stalls and restaurants in the mall close at 9:30. So there’s that. The room was basic but had all the necessary amenities and wants that any hotel room would have. There is nothing special about this hotel. The breakfast was good with variety of foods."

"Excellent services of the staff, sea view room is superb where can see the CCLEX bridge and a lot of variety food to choose. They have welcome drinks, fruits in the room and sweets."

"Eşim oğlum ve ben Deluxe Deniz Manzaralı Oda'da bir gece kaldık. Cebu'da çok ünlü olmasının yanı sıra şık bir otel olduğu göz önüne alındığında burada kalmak çok ucuz. Neredeyse 12 yıldır burada yaşadığım ve insanların sürekli bundan bahsettiği için burayı denemek istedim. Harika mobilyalara sahip güzel bir otel. Zeminimiz çok sessizdi, klima soğuktu ve su sıcaktı. Her ne kadar şok olsam da yatakta yorgan yoktu yine de üşümüyorduk. Duşun kapısı ya da avlusu yoktu. Zemin su ile ıslanmıştı ve oraya havlu koymamıza rağmen yürümeye başlayan oğlumuz neredeyse birkaç kez kayıyordu. Akşam yemeğini İtalyan restoranında yedik. Burger yedim, karım dana eti ve oğlumuz da biberli pizza yedim. Ayrıca tatlı olarak bir Corona, iki kolalı dondurma ve yaban mersinli cheesecake yedik. "We love Nustar so much! This is probably our 5th time here! Stayed here from Nov 5 to 7 as it’s Mine and my bros bday and it was after Typhoon Tino. As always they are very accomodating, friendly and helpful and gave me a piece of cake and fruit bowl but this time I ask for a happy birthday note on the monitor for background pic for me & entire family as celebration but they keep telling me they will send someone up but no one really came from the IT department . I did expect a happy birthday greeting on the monitor it would have been very special, but I understand as maybe they are so busy and under staff because of the typhoon and instead of 2 pm check and we were able to check in very late like 5:30 pm because they’re probably under staffs but all of these did not ruin our overall stay as new star staffs are all very welcoming. We had birthday dinner in the good luck hotpot which is just inside Nustar as well. Thank you Nustar for being very welcoming , friendly and hand on chest when Greeting guest is such a Nustar trademark  please trade me a guest feel welcome and at home"

"It is a nice location to travel to town or even just stay in the hotel. The breakfast has variety choices and wont get bored easily. For the photo of the towel, actually we request for 2 more bottle of mineral water but I don’t know why the house keeping talk about towel. And we check in for two adult but the house keeper insist only give one towel and not even a hand towel. At the end, we call to receiptionist to request the towel and they mentioned they suppose to provide 2 towels. Their internal communication within department shall be enhanced for this. Others cleanliness and hygiene is still acceptable"

"I’m beyond amazed. The place are relaxing views, magnificent room views, comfortable dining and beautifully romantic area. The beach are clean and clear like crystal twinkling by the sun rays. Unfortunately, Got stung by a jellyfish and the staffs acted and ask about my wellbeing and so fast to close the beach and did the best thing action to avoid for other guests to get stung and do the protocol by putting red flag as warning sign and inform the other guest about the incident. They had immediately responded/managed to implement another activity to avoid boredom to pass time since the beach were unaccessible for the guests to enjoy which ai think are best for all ages can join and even small/children guest would enjoy. It’s a perfect weekend getaway."

"The hotel is clean and location is convenient if you are driving. It provide free indoor parking. There are not a lot of restaurant around this hotel. The bed is comfortable but the wash basin and WC is modern but not well designed (please refer to the photos). There is no back splash for the basin and the WC is not fully enclosed with air ventilation. The bath towels is a bit worn."
