"Bazen kendinize Sylvia Resort'un sadece 3⭐️ bir otel olduğunu hatırlatmanız gerekir. Konum ve hizmet 5⭐️ ancak daha yakından bakarsanız otelin genel bakımı etkilenmiştir. Yenileme çalışmalarının ortasındalar ama hiç gürültülü olmadı, aslında şu ana kadar kaldığım en huzurlu yerdi. Körfez birkaç yelkenli tekneyle çok sakin. Hem deniz hem havuz çok güzel. Sahilde çok fazla şezlong yok ve bazılarının onarılması gerekiyor. Geldiğimde tamamen rezerve edilmişti ve son gecem için deniz manzaralı bir oda için ödeme yapmayı başardım, ancak son gecem için kalışımı muhteşem olan okyanus bungalovuna yükseltecek kadar naziktiler! Bunu zaten arkadaşlarıma ve aileme tavsiye ettim ve gelecekte kesinlikle buraya geri döneceğim!"

"Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service! The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉. Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo."

"I spent a wonderful night at this hotel before a boat tour to the Komodo Islands. The hotel is new and clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. There's a beautiful pool and green grounds. The highlight is the view of the sunset and the ships from the balcony. The hotel agreed to store my luggage for two days free of charge while the tour was in progress. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, and it's quiet. The buffet breakfast is delicious."

We could hear people walking outside the door, the noise from the air conditioner compressor, and some unidentified sounds. As a result, we were unable to get a restful sleep after our sailing trips. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillow covers were slightly dirty with some stains on them."

"Value hotel stays for two days and we booked 3 rooms, breakfast come with local selection which we really like the banana steamed roll very much. The walks at the private beach is fun and morning or evening walks gives different vibe. Rooms a bit outdated and not sound proof as we given low floors , we could hear ppl chatted till midnight from our rooms."

Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. "An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!"

"The hotel was truly wonderful and made my stay so memorable. From the lobby, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour. Although there was some noise from the boats, it didn’t bother me at all as the balcony doors were soundproof, letting me enjoy the view in peace and quiet. I was celebrating my birthday, and the guest relations team went above and beyond to make it meaningful. They decorated my room so beautifully and added thoughtful touches that made me feel truly special. On my last day, I was so touched when the team surprised me with a birthday cake during checkout — such a heartfelt gesture that I will never forget. Huge thanks and shoutout to Devina, Olive & the team for their amazing effort and warm hospitality. You really made my birthday celebration extra special, and I’m so grateful for everything you did. The free airport shuttle made traveling so convenient, and the evening tea cakes were a delightful treat. I also loved the complimentary foot massage, which was such a relaxing way to start my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, but what really stood out was the genuine warmth of the staff. Every encounter felt sincere, and their efforts turned my birthday trip into something unforgettable."

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offered a stunning sea view. The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment. Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options. There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!

My favourite hotel out of two months of travelling! Beautiful design, very relaxing and comfortable. Such great facilities surrounded by plants, from swimming pool to pool table, to ping pong and gym. Amazing location on the hill, with a stunning view on the sea and sunset. Lovely nights with live music too! In summary, I can't wait to go back to Labuan Bajo, and I'll definitely stay in this hotel again!

Good - nice beach with decent house reef and interesting marine life - free equipment provided for snorkeling and water sports like kayaking, SUP - gym is small but complete with technogym equipment for both cardio and resistance training eg. Bench with free weights, home gym machine - I stayed in the premium beach bungalow; spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities provided, it’s right in front of the beach but has very good privacy due to it being elevated, and has good view of sunrise - even at night you can do things like spotting marine wildlife along the jetty, star gazing because of its secluded location - good service Bad - breakfast is decent but lunch and dinner options need improvement - food tends to be heavy in flavour and carbs, seems like it’s catered more to local tastes Everything else is perfect apart from the food - you are essentially stuck on the island for the entirety of your stay due to infrequent boat rides (2 free shuttles a day) and tide conditions (no boat rides at night due to low tide), so do bring some food or adjust your expectations before getting to the resort

This resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind. Fabulous.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip. Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special. I would recommend this place to closest friends and family!

I had the pleasure of staying at Harbour Komodo Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The location of the hotel is simply perfect – it's situated in a prime area, making it incredibly easy to explore the island has to offer in walking distance. 

The staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued. The room itself was everything I could have hoped for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and relax. Lastly, the feeling of safety was something I truly appreciated during my stay. The hotel’s security measures gave me peace of mind, and the area surrounding the hotel felt secure and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable in Labuan Bajo, well-located, and safe place to stay with outstanding service. I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much.

What a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us.

A really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!
