"Wonderful location and friendly staff; however, the way the property is maintained leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, cleanliness is quite poor. In one room we found mold inside the window frames; in another, a broken window pane; and there were numerous cobwebs throughout the house. The bathtubs are potentially dangerous due to the height difference between the floors, and the bathroom fixtures also show clear signs of age. The hairdryer is frankly ridiculous—it looks at least 30 years old. The food is underwhelming and nothing special; I would not recommend dining on site. We had high expectations, but they were all disappointed, and even the breakfast was not enjoyable. Our only thanks go to the staff, who were always attentive and helpful."

My window was facing the jobcenter office outside. when the window was open, ( and I had to keep it open due to the 4th and hottest heatwaves the UK had experienced since records began.) one could hear every conversation that took place outside No AC in the room but a small room fan "
