"The service was excellent, especially the gentleman with glasses at the front desk – he was super friendly and always happy to help, whether it was checking in, borrowing an umbrella, or getting change for laundry. The hotel's location is great, right near Guohua Street, making it really convenient to walk out for food, and there are old shops nearby too. The room had a smart toilet and comfortable bedding. My only minor gripe was that the window was smaller than I expected and there was no natural light. I'd recommend paying a bit extra for a city view room, as the lighting would be much better. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tainan."

"The hotel room was clean and basic for the most part and a few small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. 4 bottles of water are included and slippers. Beds are firm and comfortable and pillows are ok. However, if you are allergic to napthelene (moth balls), then stay away as the place is strong smelling of moth balls though the room doesn't have a closet or wardrobe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The bathroom is very basic without a door rack to hang your clothes and the shower partition is only enough to shield the toilet from splashes and without any sliding doors. Toilet doesn't accept toilet paper, so you'll need to put into the provided waste basket. The young lady at the counter was generally helpful, but in a basic kind of way. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Taiwan railway station in "downtown" kind of area. The lobby looked big, clean, and decent with a "putting green" off to the side. The room is quiet, though there are people talking loudly as they check in late at night. The lobby “free wifi” connects, but has no internet service. Room wifi is unsecured, so make sure you have a vpn or use it for unimportant things. They also provide a free luggage storage service before you check in so you can sightsee without lugging your luggage around town. Overall, it’s a good choice for a basic short stay at a very convenient location. The price is also very good. Recommended choice for your next Tainan trip."

"I had a pretty good stay at this hotel in Tainan. The room was clean and the design of the hotel is really nice and aesthetic. The hotel location super close to the train station, which makes everything very convenient. However, there were a couple of small issues. When I was about to take a shower, I noticed the white towel provided had some brown stains on it. Also, the bathroom floor gets flooded pretty easily after showering. Other than that, I’m quite satisfied with the service and overall experience. Still a good place to stay!"

"The hotel's overall decor and design were nice, with excellent soundproofing. The breakfast was also delicious; besides Tainan's famous beef soup, they even had milkfish skin soup! This dish impressed me the most—it had absolutely no fishy taste. The nearby sunset viewing platform was fantastic, and there were bicycles available for rent outside the hotel!"

"I stayed in a stylish double room, and the hotel room was spacious and well-appointed. The lobby on the first floor has a simple bar offering snacks and drinks. There's a free laundry room on the third floor. If the underground parking is full, there's an outdoor parking lot right across the street from the hotel. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and drink shops next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, but everything else was great."

If you miss check in time, they’ll just tape your door cards to the front door (a bit odd for me). The rooms are very small and sound proofing is very poor."

"Room type: Double Room without Window. The room provided slippers, towels, body wash, and shampoo. The hygiene was excellent, and the mini-fridge kept things very cold. There was plenty of hot water for showering. The air conditioning was fine; I only used it for a bit since the weather wasn't too hot. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Burger King and Mos Burger are nearby. Tainan Station is just about a 5-minute walk away. Everything is super convenient!"

"This hotel is super close to the train station, literally right across the street, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. There's also a bus stop right downstairs, which is great. My only minor complaint is that the soundproofing isn't the best; I could hear people playing mahjong or cards. Still, the fantastic location for getting around definitely makes up for it. I really liked my stay overall."

Yet, the hotel itself is very quiet, so you can easily pop back to rest up before continuing your shopping. It's super close to Chihkan Tower, and Anping District is only a 10-minute scooter ride away. The room is spacious, and having motorcycle parking on the ground floor is incredibly convenient."

"This is a very stylish B&B with a convenient elevator. The electronic locks throughout the room are also fantastic, so you never have to worry about your keys! When booking, I mentioned we were bringing a small dog, and the housekeeper thoughtfully prepared a crib and water bowl. The landscaping at the first-floor entrance is also fantastic!"

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The hotel's location is convenient, with good amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and met my expectations in terms of taste. The entire property is well-maintained, offering great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend it to friends."
