"Breakfast is delicious~ The air conditioner in the hotel was too cold and there was no heating. When the cold wave came, the hotel staff even helped me turn on the 19 degree strong wind and locked it and couldn't adjust it. It was really too cold once inside. The massage pool only has hot water function, and the massage switch is broken."

"Great location, just a few minutes walk from Tainan Station, and it's pretty quiet. The room itself was decent. We only got one bottle of water because we didn't plan on needing more the next day, but usually, they give two. When I asked for a single dental floss, they said they couldn't give it to me and that I'd have to buy a whole dental kit for 50 NTD. Annoying."

"The hotel room was clean and basic for the most part and a few small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. 4 bottles of water are included and slippers. Beds are firm and comfortable and pillows are ok. However, if you are allergic to napthelene (moth balls), then stay away as the place is strong smelling of moth balls though the room doesn't have a closet or wardrobe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The bathroom is very basic without a door rack to hang your clothes and the shower partition is only enough to shield the toilet from splashes and without any sliding doors. Toilet doesn't accept toilet paper, so you'll need to put into the provided waste basket. The young lady at the counter was generally helpful, but in a basic kind of way. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Taiwan railway station in "downtown" kind of area. The lobby looked big, clean, and decent with a "putting green" off to the side. The room is quiet, though there are people talking loudly as they check in late at night. The lobby “free wifi” connects, but has no internet service. Room wifi is unsecured, so make sure you have a vpn or use it for unimportant things. They also provide a free luggage storage service before you check in so you can sightsee without lugging your luggage around town. Overall, it’s a good choice for a basic short stay at a very convenient location. The price is also very good. Recommended choice for your next Tainan trip."

"I really liked the location, as many of the places I wanted to visit were within walking distance. It was also convenient to have a water dispenser on the premises. My room was bright with a large window. The bed and pillows were just right :) —not too hard and not too soft. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the shower room, but it would have been even better if there had been hand soap at the sink."

They were extremely helpful and attentive, addressing all my queries with a friendly demeanor. Similarly, the young lady on the day shift was also very welcoming and supportive. Initially, I was quite upset as I had to wait outside for someone to let me in. Given the intense heat and my struggle to drag my luggage from the train station, it was quite uncomfortable. I later learned that the receptionist had stepped away for a moment, which I understand. Despite the challenging conditions, the staff's positive attitude ultimately made my experience much more pleasant. Thank you for your assistance!"

"The room is large but there are many mosquitoes. There is an electric mosquito coil in the room so you won’t be disturbed by mosquitoes when you sleep. However, the bathtub is very dirty so I won’t take a bath. The stairs from the garage to the room are really too long. It will be difficult to carry large or heavy luggage."

"Absolutely perfect, you can't go wrong with this one! The bed was super comfortable, the duvet was super comfortable, and it was clean and hygienic. Everything was wonderful, except the ladder was a bit difficult to climb. The value for money is incredibly high. "The location is very convenient and the hotel room is mostly clean and quiet. However, there are so many items and amenities missing from the room which require an additional fee. I wasn't keen on the 4pm check in time which was too late. The bathroom had a weird smell and the hot water took a long time to come on. the shower drain also blocked easily and the bottom sill of the door was also loose. I think this particular section of the hotel was only recently opened or refurbished."
