"We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel."

"The waiter's attitude was very good, calling early to ask if you need to pick up. Parking is in front of the door, there are not many locations. When it rained, the roof leaked, and the waiter changed to a triple room. There is no door in the shower room and the water will splash outside."
