"Staying at the Jiangmen Kangqiao Hot Spring Hotel was a really comfortable experience overall. The room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and soft. What I loved most was the private hot spring tub on the balcony – soaking in the spring water at night with a gentle breeze was incredibly relaxing. The public hot spring area is huge, with a great variety of pools, and it's especially enjoyable when it's not too crowded. Breakfast offered a decent selection, with both Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The surroundings are quiet, making it perfect for a weekend getaway if you want to relax and enjoy some hot springs. All in all, it met my expectations, and I'd definitely consider coming back if I have the chance."

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with easy access to transportation, free parking, and a laundry room, making daily outings quite convenient. However, the rooms are indeed somewhat outdated, as is typical of an older hotel that opened in 2009; the facilities are of average quality, and the occasional noise from the karaoke bar downstairs at night is a bit bothersome. The lake-view rooms, however, were a pleasant surprise, offering a panoramic view of the lake right from the window, which somewhat compensated for the aging facilities. The cleanliness was adequate, and basic services were provided. If you have a limited budget and value location and views, this hotel is worth considering; however, if you're looking for newer facilities and a tranquil environment, you might want to reconsider."

We booked 5 rooms for 2 nights, and all our friends spoke highly of it. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary late-night snacks. Both the lobby manager and the entire service staff were exceptionally polite. You can also enjoy beautiful sunrise views. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Excellent Ambiance: Good Service: Excellent. The lobby manager and front desk staff were very courteous."

"This hotel has been renovated, but the rooms aren't new. The cleanliness was just so-so. The recreational facilities aren't new either; they're a bit old. My booking package included afternoon tea, and the voucher specified one drink and one pastry. I got the drink, but no pastry. The front desk service was good. Overall impression: I booked a standard twin room without a hot tub on the balcony for 688 RMB. The price doesn't match the quality."

"I've never had a bad experience booking with Trip.com before, this is a first! The hotel is located on the basement floor within the scenic area for check-in, while the geological park entrance is on the first floor. The rooms are on floors above the first floor. This means all guests checking in are required to buy tickets to the geological park. The hotel includes two geological park tickets with the stay, but for family trips with more than two people, you have to pay extra. No matter how you explain it to the front desk, they insist you buy the tickets before they'll let you check in. The experience was absolutely terrible! Being close to the sea, the hotel's tiled floors were extremely damp and wet. The dining facilities in the hotel are not yet complete, with only one restaurant and limited staff."
