"Old, rundown, and terrible service. The only upside is its proximity to Renhe Tower, just a short walk downstairs. Otherwise, it's just a small county-level hotel, including the service. This was the worst value-for-money hotel during my two-week trip in China. A special mention about the breakfast buffet: the *yangcao* steamed bun was the size of a grown woman's palm. A normal adult woman would be full after one bun and some soy milk. I'm not sure what the point of a buffet is if one bun fills you up. The most amazing part was when I asked a few locals, and they all said the buns outside are even bigger."

Upon check-in, the front desk thoroughly explained the member benefits and assigned us a room with a fantastic view. The room lighting was soft, and the toiletries had a gentle, non-irritating scent. Downstairs, Wanda Plaza offers a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. In the evening, the atmosphere was perfect for a stroll and photos on the opposite lawn. The Chinese restaurant served authentic dishes. Overall, a perfect experience, I'll definitely be back!"

"I'd like to review my recent hotel stay. I booked a four-hour hourly room that afternoon because I had a dinner party that evening and needed a place to rest first, and then I had to drive back to Shanghai. I paid over 200 yuan for it. The moment I got the key card and opened the room, a wave of heat hit me. The air conditioning wasn't even on. I thought, 'Well, I'm already here, I'll just turn it on and see if the room cools down.' After about 20 minutes, I was still sweating. So, I went downstairs to the front desk to complain and asked for a room change. A staff member at the front desk asked, 'Where's the key card?' I replied, 'It's upstairs, you can go get it yourselves.' At that point, I was already feeling very hot and irritable, so my tone probably wasn't great. The staff member then looked up and glared at me. I think that for someone in the service industry, to act so provocatively when a customer has an issue and is clearly upset is completely wrong. Still, I didn't say anything else, took the second key card, and went to the new room. To my surprise, the air conditioning in that room wasn't on either! I don't understand. I came down from the first room to complain at the front desk, then went to a second room, and still, the AC wasn't on? If the AC isn't on in either room, then what was the point of changing rooms? What's the meaning behind it? The first room had a 2.5-meter king-size bed and was very spacious. After changing to the second room, it was just a standard king-size bed. So, the customer pays for a luxurious 2.5-meter king-size bed but ends up with a standard one. Will your hotel compensate me for the difference? After a customer complains twice about the AC not being on, shouldn't there be at least an apology? There wasn't even a basic, sincere apology; instead, the staff member looked up and glared at the customer. There's no service awareness whatsoever, and the guest experience was terrible. Even the hotel's elevator was broken, and no one came to fix it. In this kind of weather, the mini-fridge was just for show; there weren't even two bottles of water. It was a complete mess."
