"Nice hotel just by the Biwa lake. Big enough room for two people. Fast check in and friendly service. No public Onsen available in the hotel which is a minus. Lake view is nice. Dinner was a bit of disappointment. Breakfast was good. Sunrise supposed to be beautiful but weather was not permitted."

"The hotel is located in a very special place. It is in the village, right by Lake Biwa. There are dinner and breakfast. The dinner is the famous local Sukiyaki pot, and the breakfast is traditional food. The hotel is very clean, but the facilities are old. There is a public bathroom and outdoor hot spring where you can look up at the stars. We are the only family living on the whole floor. Due to the location, there are very few people. The toilet is outside the house, which is a bit inconvenient. The service is very Japanese, warm and polite."

"The room was clean and well-received by my family. We were dissatisfied with the following points. 1. Sleeping on the second floor in the middle of summer was not practical, even with a spot cooler. 2. The air conditioning did not reach the pet's room, so it was hot. I would like a dedicated air conditioner installed. 3. We were informed at the last minute that there was no water. The toilet was particularly inconvenient. Although the website indicated that the shower could be used, I feel it is inappropriate that they have not yet made any announcements or other notices about this."

Besides, it’s better to have plastic glasses in every room to use."

"It's about a 3 minute walk from the station. There is a large information board in front of the intersection, and when you look in the direction of the arrow, you can already see it. The exterior looks like a Showa era inn. The room had been remodeled and was bright, clean, and spacious. I was grateful that the lobby had self-service coffee (make your own instant), cold water, and candy. I had to go to the bathroom at a time when each room was free, but I was greeted frequently, so I didn't have to wait. The breakfast and dinner meals are abundant and I think the cost performance is very good. There are no toilets in the room, just one for men and one for men and women across the hallway, so I had to be careful in the morning. One refrigerator is located in the hallway. You can receive a free shuttle to Shirahige Shrine in time for sunrise. That was the deciding factor in choosing this place."
