"Won't come back again.. The room wasn't clean, the sheets weren't changed.. they were wrinkled after use..when I reported it I immediately changed it.. And I got a room with a broken AC... I moved it and it was still broken... because it was already midnight and I was tired, I didn't sleep with a blanket because it was so hot. Really, I will never go back, even though I have stayed there more than 5 times."

"From the moment I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by the reception. The room was immediately available with a super beautiful view of the sea from Tegal, located on the 7th floor, room 702i. The breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful chicken rendang, and there were so many choices of snacks. Since I often stay at this hotel, I have to mention the milk for the drinks – why was it changed? 😭 I know they usually use Diamin milk, but now it's been replaced with Bendera, which is sweet. Please change it back to the original standard. Also, the pudding was still too sweet, and the cassava leaf curry was too salty. Otherwise, everything else was 👍"
