"On the morning of the day of the stay, when I went to leave my luggage at the reception, the woman who came explained various things to me and made the arrangements was very nice, but when I checked in the afternoon, I was given a different room even though I had booked it after looking at the photos, and when I said that, she said it was in the system and didn't take me seriously, so I explained it to another person and finally got the room changed. As it is a 5-star hotel, the room was well-equipped, spacious, and had a good view, but the amenities were a little shabby, and the lobby and the building were hot. The breakfast atmosphere was okay, and the other staff were kind and polite, but it was a shame that it was a luxury hotel, and I felt like it was ruined by having female staff like that."

"The hotel and the location are fine, the staff fell asleep at breakfast time and we had breakfast 1 hour later than planned and we had to delay our check-out, the next day the same, there was nothing in the dining room, they saw us by chance and started to prepare everything, at check-out time, they checked the rooms and we had to pay for some potatoes that we ate, that's not a problem but my brothers-in-law forgot a Vietnamese hat that was in sight and some underwear and they were not polite enough to take it down to the hall and return it as we were waiting for them to pick us up for 20/30 minutes, just as they saw the potatoes they would see what they forgot but they didn't say anything."

"From check in to check out was 10/10. The hotel is absolutely spotless in everyway. Staff are incredibly helpful. I extended my stay and then came back again all in 1month. My favourite room being #201 with the large comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the river is excellent. Highly recommend"

"Had booked this hotel after extensive research that it's one of the best at Cao Bang. It lived up to our expectations. Location was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was sparse, cold and not refilled once empty. However, we were offered alternatives but we missed out on what could have been better, two consecutive days!!
