"The hotel and the location are fine, the staff fell asleep at breakfast time and we had breakfast 1 hour later than planned and we had to delay our check-out, the next day the same, there was nothing in the dining room, they saw us by chance and started to prepare everything, at check-out time, they checked the rooms and we had to pay for some potatoes that we ate, that's not a problem but my brothers-in-law forgot a Vietnamese hat that was in sight and some underwear and they were not polite enough to take it down to the hall and return it as we were waiting for them to pick us up for 20/30 minutes, just as they saw the potatoes they would see what they forgot but they didn't say anything."

"The stay was lovely. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are prepared for big groups of travelers. We were renting a bike to go around Cao bang. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel. They even have a bike rental service. The location is pretty good, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Located next to the river which you can see from the hotel. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. They have AC and hot water."

"A great experience. Excellent location, right on Kim Dong pedestrian street, near many famous restaurants and surrounded by many spas. Clean, well-equipped, and spacious rooms. Diverse breakfast buffet with daily changes to hot dishes like pho and vermicelli. Private underground parking available. Rooftop swimming pool, however, the water had a slight chlorine smell. Quick and attentive staff. Will return if I have the chance to visit Cao Bang again."
