Premier Inn Thurso ★★★

"Premier Inn Thurso, what a lovely place but the first thing you notice is the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted by Callum who made us feel so welcome. We later met up with while he was working the bar and his upbeat happy demeanour was lovely to witness. If we owned a hotel he is just the person we would want working for us."

Forss House ★★★★

"Located on the northern route of NC500, you can rest without entering Thurso if you travel clockwise. It's best to book dinner in advance, as they only offer dinner at fixed times."

Park Hotel ★★★

Castletown Hotel ★★★

"The staff were very friendly. Had a great stay here"

Manor House Hotel ★★★

"Good service, nice hotel"

Bettyhill Hotel ★★★

"View from the hotel & room was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality- breakfast and dinner was very good. The view from benches is unforgettable memory. Strongly recommend this place."

Sandras Backpackers ★★

"Cosy ground floor twin room with en-suite bathroom, offering the best shower (in comparison to our other bookings during the week of our travels). Self-contained upstairs kitchen and dining area, ideal for preparing our own meals. Very economical booking - and basic (but more than sufficient) breakfast also provided including tea/coffee; bread; milks & alternatives - oat, soya; cereals; yogurt. Owners very hospitable and full of great stories from their personal travels. Well located - no more than 5 mins drive down to Thurso Beach. And 10 mins drive down to Scrabster, for the ferry crossing to Orkney. For budget travellers, dormitory accommodation is also available."

Bungalow with sea-view, near small town of Thurso. ★★★★

Pentland Hotel ★★★

"Room is somewhat small. Bathroom was very cleaned and had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Even in the middle of the city, once you entered in to the hotel it’s calm, no sounds and no disturbances for your sleep. Seems like old but worth for a stay ❤️"
