Even though the restaurant was crowded, all the staff were friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff were quick to clear tables, and even helped us get coffee and milk. It was a very pleasant stay, and we'll definitely prioritize the Pan Pacific Hotel next time we're in Tianjin."

"I have just concluded a delightful stay at the Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City. Coincidentally, Tianjin was blanketed in snow last night—when I looked out the window, snowflakes were fluttering gently like flying flowers, just as described in Han Yu’s poem: “dancing through courtyard trees as if they were blossoms” . The trees along the street were dressed in a pristine silver coat, creating a stunning winter scene that beautifully contrasted with the warm, cozy atmosphere inside the hotel, adding an extra layer of warmth and poetic charm to my stay. Speaking of warmth, the hotel’s heating system was excellent, maintaining the perfect temperature. On a cold, snowy day, stepping into my room and being enveloped in such comfortable warmth instantly dispelled the winter chill, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with excellent hardware facilities and a well-designed layout that made me feel exceptionally relaxed. The upgraded larger room, in particular, allowed me to leisurely admire the snow scenery from the window, savoring this peaceful and wonderful moment unique to winter. Most commendable was the service from Ms. Feng of the Reservation Department. She provided warm and attentive service throughout, and kindly upgraded me to a larger room, allowing me to enjoy the snow scenery from a more comfortable vantage point. This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my stay! The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise—it offered excellent value for money with a wide variety of dishes, from traditional Chinese breakfast items to Western options, catering to different taste preferences. After a satisfying meal, looking out at the snow was incredibly enjoyable. Overall, my stay was absolutely perfect: outside the window was the winter beauty of snowflakes dancing through trees like flying flowers, while inside was a spacious, comfortable space with just the right warmth. Coupled with thoughtful service and delicious breakfast, Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City is definitely a great value choice for travel or business trips to Tianjin. "Not recommended mainly due to disappointment of its name being St Regis. Service was significantly below the brand elsewhere. Location is excellent as the Haihe River is right outside of the hotel. Riverside 66 (Hang Lung shopping mall) was across the street. Dinner buffet at 40% off for hotel guests but no excitement. The discounted price barely justify the food at buffet. Service at breakfast was not meeting the standard at any hotel: 1. A young waiter collected the cutlery of my wife when I told him that “not finished”. His facial expression was bad and whispered “what a big deal” when he walked away. Note he has not asked if he can collect! 2. On another day, no one cleaned up the table when the guests left … a lot of waiters were around."

"The hotel is located in the central business district, making transportation very convenient. The room offers excellent views. Most guests here are business travelers attending meetings, and the environment and services are indeed more suited for those on work trips rather than leisure travelers looking to relax. Housekeeping staff start knocking on doors and loudly announcing 'Housekeeping!' at 9 AM, then proceed to clean. This is a far cry from the new generation of silent hotels like [Hotel X]. The room layout and bedding, including two pillows (one memory foam), are similar to [Hotel X]. I was originally considering extending my stay and asked the front desk for a late check-out. I was told the latest was 12:30 PM, and they reluctantly extended it to 1:30 PM, citing high occupancy and all rooms being sold out. Hearing this, I decisively checked out at 11 AM. I suggest they improve their service awareness and learn from hotels like [Hotel X], which offer late check-out until 6 PM. Are they not doing good business?"

"I booked this hotel at the last minute and checked in late at night. Although I called ahead, the receptionist, Gao Ning, didn't seem very professional, which left a bad first impression. Also, when I was checking in, there were toothbrushes scattered on the floor near the elevators in the lobby, which I found very strange. The hotel is new, but it has a noticeable odor. Overall, the experience was just okay."

This time, I wanted to treat my child to a different kind of day, so I decided to book a stay and also added the 'Jungle Adventure' tent experience. The check-in was great; the hotel staff were incredibly polite. They were always ready to offer help and support when needed, without being overly enthusiastic to the point of making you feel uncomfortable."

"Checked into Conrad yesterday, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations—definitely a solid five-star standard! The front desk check-in was very efficient, and the staff were consistently gentle and polite. They proactively helped with luggage and introduced the hotel facilities, paying great attention to detail. The guest room was spacious and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an excellent view; both lighting and scenery were top-notch. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making for a very comfortable sleep. The toiletries were of good quality, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation design was well-thought-out. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with Chinese, Western, local specialties, desserts, and drinks all available and delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The public areas were designed with a luxurious and elegant feel, and the gym and pool were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location is convenient for travel, suitable for both leisure and business. There were no unpleasant surprises throughout my stay; the service, environment, and facilities were all excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"The room was very clean, and the staff helped us push the two beds together against the wall, which made us feel much more secure with our child. It's also very close to the Seashell Park, within walking distance, so we could even come back to the hotel for a shower after exploring the beach in the morning. Super convenient!"

"This stay was fantastic! The apartment hotel is located on a high floor with exceptionally wide views, beautiful both day and night. Sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was incredibly pleasant. The room was much larger than I expected, spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities to meet my basic needs. I especially loved the bathtub; a hot bath in the evening was so relaxing and instantly relieved travel fatigue. Most importantly, the price was incredibly reasonable for the environment and amenities. The host was also very welcoming and patient from before check-in until the end of my stay, responding promptly to any questions. I will definitely choose this place again next time and will recommend it to my friends!"
