"Our stay at Pan Pacific Tianjin was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, making the check-in process very smooth. They even gave us a great recommendation for a popular shaved ice shop nearby, which was super helpful. Over the weekend, there was a 'Fanfan' mascot interaction in the lobby, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff also kindly gave out stickers, making the children very happy. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You can really feel the attention to detail everywhere, making it perfect for families with children. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Tianjin."

The common areas are clean and tidy, and the corridors are covered with soundproof carpets. Although it's on a busy street, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; closing the windows completely blocks out the street noise, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. Overall, this逸扉 hotel enjoys a prime viewing location for the Tianjin Eye, with hardware comparable to high-end hotels. It offers comprehensive facilities and outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice whether you're visiting Tianjin to see the Ferris wheel or on a short business trip. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tianjin!"

"This hotel is super convenient, located just a 7-minute walk diagonally left from the Tianjin South Railway Station exit. The subway station is also right there, making getting around a breeze. The hotel entrance is quite grand, and check-in is fully automated, though there's staff on hand to assist if needed. Plus, there's a McDonald's right next to the hotel entrance. They even offer a 30 RMB Chinese lunch per person, and breakfast is available too, which is a nice touch."

The breakfast spread was quite generous, though the dishes were a bit on the salty side; some lighter vegetable options would be nice. For the noodle station, there are seasonings available, so no need to add extra salt. The washing machine is located in a different hotel, requiring a walk through the dining area, which is a minor inconvenience. The environment and hygiene were very well maintained. Cathy Xu was genuinely warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and swift. The room facilities were complete and functioned well. I would choose to stay here again for my next trip."
