From the moment I checked in at the front desk, everything was great. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping lady were very warm and proactive. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, with a rich variety of dishes. Although the beef noodles didn't taste like other beef noodles I've had, you could tell the flavor came from the ingredients themselves. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and friendly. I had a wonderful stay this time 👍🏼 and hope they continue to maintain this standard."

"The room was a bit small, maybe a little over 10 square meters. There was no headboard, no shower slippers, and the furnishings and facilities were just average. It's worth mentioning that I recently saw a blogger's hotel review, saying that many hotels don't change linens after each guest. It was quite a coincidence that I encountered this myself. I didn't notice if the linens in the room had been changed, but I could tell the cleaning wasn't thorough. For example, there were other people's false eyelashes stuck to the curtains (I forgot to take a picture of this), and the cigarette butts in the bathroom were soaked and turned white (although I don't smoke, this color indicates they've been soaking for at least three to five days). I think this is partly due to the cleaning staff's negligence and partly due to the supervisor's lack of oversight. They both need to receive proper training."

"My cousin and her husband stayed at this hotel when they returned to Tianshui from Inner Mongolia a while ago, recommending it as a good place. A few days ago, we were moving and had nowhere to stay, so we remembered their recommendation and came here. But… the TV wouldn't turn on, the cleanliness was terrible, the bed was covered in hair and dirt, and the chairs were folding, so we had to be careful when sitting down. Now that we've finished moving, we will never stay at this hotel again when we return to Tianshui."

"A very nice hotel with attentive service. The hotel picks you up at the station, which is super smart. The decor is simple and elegant. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Tianshui. It's convenient for getting around, with a dedicated Malatang bus line and a trolleybus. The breakfast was also delicious."

The greenery in the courtyard is beautifully maintained, and the climate in Tianshui is pleasantly cool, making it a perfect season for a visit. It's also super convenient for exploring and dining out, as everything is within walking distance in the city center. The ancient city really comes alive at night with lovely lighting. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance."

"I brought my parents, who are in their 70s, to visit Maiji Mountain. The hostess was incredibly warm and attentive. After arriving at the North Gate 1 of the Maiji Mountain scenic area, we just made a call and she came directly to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. For dinner, we had mushroom stew with free-range chicken and stir-fried wild vegetables – truly delicious! 😋 The next day, she dropped us off at the entrance of the Maiji Mountain scenic spot at 7:30 AM, so we were the first ones to go in at 8:30 AM. After our visit, we saw a super long queue had already formed outside. Afterward, we took a taxi to explore Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple. Finally, the hostess even drove our luggage to the Line 34 bus stop to drop us off. It was a truly perfect day, so relaxed and easy. We avoided the crowds in the morning and didn't have to wait in long lines, making for a 10/10 visiting experience. Huge thanks to the hostess for the pick-up and drop-off service!"

"I booked a business twin room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of hot water. The room had a direct view of Fuxi Square, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a folk performance there in the evening. The hotel had ample parking, complete facilities, and excellent service; the front desk even gave my child a small lucky charm."

"The room was great and very clean. The bathroom even had disposable face towels and bath towels. The owners were very hospitable and provided round-trip transportation to the attractions, saving us the cost of shuttle buses and sightseeing vehicles at the scenic spots. There were charging stations in front of the guesthouse. I highly recommend this place to tourists visiting Maijishan. I'm sure you'll be very satisfied."

"The soundproofing of the single bed in the parent-child room is extremely poor. There is an elevator behind the wall, which makes a ridiculous noise when it is running. The back of the pillow is covered with mold spots. It is hard to imagine that this is a hotel that was just renovated 24 years ago. At the same time, the breakfast brought by Licheng members was not available. I don’t know why they joined if they can’t use the brand rights."

"Dude, for this price and with such terrible service, I wasn't even planning to leave a review. Everyone gets lucky sometimes, like opening a hotel mystery box. But you called to urge me to leave a review, fine, here's my review. The quality is about the same as a 40-yuan hotel I've stayed in. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear everything the neighbors were saying on the phone. The internet was terrible; calls home kept dropping. The facilities were poor; towels were disposable, and you had to boil your own hot water. The service was terrible; if you didn't leave a review, it meant you weren't satisfied. I was busy, and you were still urging me to leave a review—do you think you can get a good review with that much confidence? The environment was also terrible; the room didn't even have a window. Don't call it a hotel, call it a chicken coop. I felt uncomfortable all over after sleeping there. Anyone wanting to try it can come. Also, for this level of service, I suggest not pricing it at 130 yuan; 50 yuan would be more reasonable."

"My stay at Orange Crystal this time completely exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to Tingting at the front desk! As soon as I walked in, Tingting warmly greeted me with a gentle and friendly attitude, with no hint of perfunctoriness. She proactively informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and even thoughtfully recommended delicious nearby restaurants and travel routes. Later, when I lost a small item while changing rooms, I bothered Tingting to help me look for it. She patiently assisted me in cross-referencing and retrieving records throughout the whole process, showing incredible responsibility. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, but Tingting's thoughtful and attentive service was the biggest bonus this time. Her professional and warm approach made me feel incredibly at ease while traveling. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time, specifically looking for Tingting at the front desk!"

"I didn't expect to be able to choose a decoration style I like so much when staying in a hotel, especially the carpet in the corridor. I like this color very much. I asked the front desk specifically and wanted to arrange a piece for my bedroom. It makes people feel comfortable. In addition, the room has a large floor-to-ceiling window, and you can see the night view of Tianshui at night. It is very beautiful. Next time I stay, I will book their hotel again."
