"During the New Year's Day holiday, I brought my child to Tongling Atour Hotel. The holiday wasn't long, so our schedule was packed. On New Year's Day, it suddenly snowed, and the hotel's parking lot is outdoors. I figured my car would be buried under snow, potentially affecting our plans, so I promptly got up to clear it off. When I arrived at the parking lot around 7 AM, I was surprised to see Atour staff already clearing snow from the parking lot and even off car windshields. I asked one of the staff members, and they said they were worried about guests' travel plans and knew guests might not have the tools to clear the snow themselves, so they decided to take care of it. Seeing rows of perfectly cleaned windshields in the cold winter made me feel incredibly warm."

"This B&B is pet-friendly, which was the main factor in choosing it. Cleanliness: This newly opened B&B was very clean, even the shower room was spotless, and they even provided disposable bathtub covers, which was a thoughtful touch. Environment: The B&B is located in the Phoenix Mountain Scenic Area, surrounded by trees and fresh air. Service: The front desk ladies were also very polite. Amenities: It had everything you could need. The air conditioning and heating were powerful, and you could feel the warmth as soon as you came home from outside. The balcony was also quite large, so your pet could walk around and enjoy the view."

"Made a last-minute decision to visit Yongquan Town and booked this hotel on a whim – didn't expect it to be so great! It was clean and hygienic; both the kids and the elderly absolutely loved it. Facilities: The hotel has everything you could need: central air conditioning, a washing machine, a bathtub, and more. Hygiene: The interior was exceptionally clean, even the corners. As soon as we stepped inside, it felt just like coming home! Environment: The hotel is located within Yongquan Town, offering fresh air and a very peaceful atmosphere. Service: The customer service butler was incredibly warm and friendly, with a great attitude."

"The house was quite clean, with two rooms, and very comfortable to stay in. The kids had a great time too; they enjoyed the hot springs, rode the cloud ladder and glass slide, grabbed red envelopes, and both won 30 copper coins playing the 'throwing the pot' game, which made them very happy. They even bought some souvenirs they liked. The scenery inside is beautiful and perfect for a vacation. The hotel shuttle can be hailed at any time, and the stay also includes tickets for the Twelve Scenes of Jiangnan and the hot springs, so there's no need to buy separate tickets. The food in the scenic area was decent, but it's worth asking for prices, as bottled water was surprisingly only two yuan each. For games, the dice rolling and 'throwing the pot' games on the mountain seemed easier to win than those at the bottom. Dice rolling was pretty easy to get, while 'throwing the pot' was more about luck. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the station. Although the driver couldn't make it later, the hotel reimbursed me for the taxi fare, which was very responsible of them. Thumbs up!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wanda Plaza. The parking lot shares an underground garage with RT-Mart, and there's a dedicated elevator that goes straight to the hotel lobby. The room is quite spacious with a duplex layout. There were welcome fruits and snacks, and free iced beverages in the lobby. Both upstairs and downstairs have TVs, and the room amenities are very comprehensive: a capsule coffee machine, air purifier, heated towel rack, lighted small mirror, weighing scale, and smart toilet. They provide a whole pack of disposable face towels, and the bath products aren't generic brands. The hygiene is good, and the service is warm and friendly. When we left, my child's phone was accidentally left in the room. We contacted the front desk, and they were very helpful in arranging to mail it back to us."
