"The housekeeping staff kept knocking on my door around 7 AM, and I had to say several times that I was sleeping before they left. My child was already awake. They even brought up other guests, saying maybe they couldn't find the housekeeping staff and just knocked on the wrong door! How ridiculous! Later, I checked the security footage and it was confirmed that the housekeeping staff had knocked on my door very early in the morning, saying she needed to clean! The front desk still didn't apologize. When I checked out and wanted my deposit back, even though it was pre-authorized, the front desk insisted on finding their own POS slip. And since they keep the POS slips haphazardly, I had to search for them one by one, and in the end, I couldn't find mine. They even told me to ask the bank if they had refunded it!
