"We stayed in the Japanese-style deluxe room, which was spacious enough for two adults and one child. Dinner was a 10-piece nigiri sushi set, which wasn't suitable for children who can't eat raw food, so they only had unlimited rice with soup. If you want to use the family hot spring bath, it's recommended to book it at the same time as your room. We checked in at 3 PM that day, and unfortunately, the family hot spring baths were already fully booked."

"I had booked a room in the senior facilities. The bathroom was large with handrails, and the mirror could be rotated to make it easy for wheelchair users. The meal package (one night's stay plus two meals) was plentiful, and the service was first-class. The only drawback was the lack of Wi-Fi in the room."

The room includes dinner and breakfast and they serve dishes from what Towada is known for - sweet chawanmushi, Kiritanpo and barayaki. Sometimes, they serve Himemasu sashimi (a freshwater fish that’s some kind of trout)."

"This hotel is conveniently located for bus transfers from Misawa Station, and the surrounding area is full of unique izakayas (Japanese pubs) with an Edo-era feel. The breakfast set meals are healthy, and the evening kaiseki cuisine is plentiful! Unfortunately, an earthquake struck, but the Japanese staff at the hotel weren't shocked; it was the first time in my life I'd experienced an earthquake where the room shook!"

"Although it's about a 10mins walk from the bus station, I'd totally recommend you to stay here. Breakfast and dinner are provided which tastes amazing, fish is really really fresh, coming from someone who doesn't enjoy eating fish. The rooms are on the 2nd floor, there are toilets on both the first and second level while the sole bathroom and onsen is shared on the first level. The shower closes at 9.30 pm (there's 2 shower heads, shared bathroom, though we showered 1 at a time, there's lockable doors). You'll have to lay your own beds, however, you can ask the owner to help you if you do not know how to, she is really friendly and kind. I had a great time staying here."

"The guesthouse is located on the second floor. There should be more than six rooms, but only one men's and one women's restroom. Ironically, the motion-activated light in the women's restroom turns off after only 10 seconds, so you have to wave your hand repeatedly in front of the light to avoid it turning off when you're using the toilet. The $6000/3 person package includes breakfast and dinner. The food is decent, and the price is quite good."
