"I stayed for two nights the end of April. I was expecting a WOW experience for the cost and was completly disapointed. Extremely small guest room, no desk and the carpet under the bed should have been replaced years ago. Most of the staff were young and appeared to be trained to act a certain way that came across at times as fake. The food was not great and was really expensive. Again I was expecting a Wow! There was one exception. It was the mazing breakfast service. The food options at trhe buffet were extensive and the kitchen was beutiful. In general, all the costs at the Grand seemed excessive. A Vodka tonic was over 30 Euro. I look forward to returning to Lake Como but not at this hotel. The views are amazing and Lake Como is a must visit!"

"We stayed with my two daughters, aged 14 and 11, for a week in July 2025. We had a wonderful time. Parking is available on the premises. The room overlooks the lake, is large, comfortable, and clean, with a smart TV and air conditioning. There's also a kitchenette and refrigerator. Truly beautiful. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful, and varied. The host, Michel, is very kind and always ready to answer any questions and offer advice on nearby places to visit. Enchanting views everywhere you turn. I highly recommend it."

"Hidden gem, a small gem hotel hidden by the Como Lake. October, weekend, quiet, facing the beautiful Como Lake, 1K+ cost is incredible (others are 3K-1.5). The hotel is relatively retro, and the rooms are small according to domestic standards. But the double rooms all have balconies, facing the lake view without obstruction, it is so beautiful. The hotel breakfast is ordinary, but the dining environment is excellent. Pay attention to the meal fee when checking in and out, it may be double deducted. The hotel is close to the port of Tremezzo, the city where it is located, and it is not noisy, but there are fewer ships coming here, and the ships stop earlier at night. Therefore, you must plan your transportation in advance (you can take various public transportation)"
