"I stayed here the day before trekking Mt. Tsukuba without meals. The lobby, room, bath, etc. were all well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Since it was a room-only stay, there are no reviews for the food. When I went trekking the next day, I asked the hotel to let me park my car, and they agreed, but since it was 400 meters above sea level and a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the trailhead, I parked in the paid parking lot for visitors to Tsukuba Shrine, which costs 500 yen per visit. If you are feeling energetic, please walk from the hotel."

"This was so wonderful and a truly special memory of our trip to Japan. First up - if you have tattoos, you cannot use the public Onsen, however they have limited rooms with open air baths, so you experience the hot spring privately - this is what we did and it was so good! They will provide yukatas, strongly recommend wearing them, if unsure how to wear correctly, please go to reception and ask politely if they can show you how to wear them. The food was delicious!! 90% seafood, so if allergic or picky, please ensure you let them know ahead of arrival! It felt like we saw "real" Japan. Everyone was so friendly and helpful despite the language barrier issues, honestly wish i could stay there every night! If we visit Japan again, this is a must visit for us! Truly loved every moment here!"
