"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 200-meter walk to the entrance of Turpan North Station. It's also not far from Turpan Airport; Gaode Maps showed it was a little over 1 km to walk to the hotel, which might be a bit roundabout (I didn't try it). However, the hotel offers a complimentary airport pick-up service. After collecting your luggage at the airport, just call the hotel's reserved phone number, and they'll send a car to pick you up. The hotel is very clean, smart, and has great soundproofing. Even though it's close to the airport, you can't hear any plane noise. The hotel advertises an 8-hour breakfast service, which is the first time I've encountered this at a hotel: regular dining hours are from 7-10 AM; before and after that, from 4-7 AM and 10 AM-12 PM, you can get specific meals packed to go (I didn't try this, so you might want to confirm the details with the front desk)."

Atour Hotel Turpan Museum Wenhua West Road ★★★★
"The air conditioning in my room was broken and wasn't cooling at all. I endured it for four hours, thinking it would eventually cool down, but it never did. To make matters worse, I had booked an early check-in of 4 hours, but upon arrival, staff informed me the room wasn't ready and offered an upgrade instead. They mentioned the upgraded room had just been cleaned and might be a bit warm. I specifically asked if the AC was working, and they assured me it was fine. Looking back, it's clear the hotel staff knew there was a problem with the AC's cooling. After spending another four hours in the room reporting the AC problem, no one came to help for a long time. Eventually, a very polite staff member arrived, stating she could only relay the issue to the front desk. Only after persistent questioning did the front desk finally offer to switch my room. I grudgingly moved to another room. While it was at least cooler, the AC unit was incredibly noisy. To add insult to injury, the new room even had a half-empty bottle of water. Overall, it was an exhausting stay due to the heat, and the service was incredibly inefficient."

The bathroom is spotless and fresh, with a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, no odors, and no hard-to-clean spots – a true haven for cleanliness enthusiasts. The service is top-notch. The hotel housekeeper communicates via WeChat, providing attentive service whenever needed, and all staff are warm, patient, and thorough. Upon check-out, we received a large box of famous Turpan grapes as a souvenir, which perfectly fulfilled my wish to try the grapes during my visit to Turpan – I was truly touched. The hotel's spacious parking lot in front, exquisite lobby and facilities, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and rich, delicious breakfast truly left a deep impression. I highly recommend this conveniently located, high-quality, and great value-for-money hotel."

"This guesthouse has such an exotic vibe! The environment is beautifully decorated, perfect for photos, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The courtyard is peaceful, and there are even lazy cats roaming around – it's ideal for escaping the heat during the day in Turpan. We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it. The overall service attitude was excellent; it was a very satisfying trip."

"The hotel was very spacious, parking was convenient, and the environment was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. We traveled with our child, and the 2-meter king-size bed was perfect for our family of three. The hotel also provided brochures for daily tours in Turpan, which we used to plan our trip. However, there was one minor drawback in the room: no separate makeup mirror. This was a bit inconvenient for someone with poor eyesight, as the mirror over the sink was too far away, and leaning forward was difficult due to the sink blocking the way. It would be perfect if there was a small makeup mirror next to the sink mirror. Other than the heat, Turpan was really great, and it was a perfect trip overall."

"I wanted to find a guesthouse in Turpan where I could pick grapes, do sand therapy, and have a pool for swimming during the day. This guesthouse fit all those requirements! However, when we went, the grapes had already been picked. I hope the owner plants more next year. Also, the pool water was still very murky from the rain two days prior and hadn't been cleaned yet. We didn't get to do the sand therapy, but there was a cat who loved playing in the sandbox. "Warmth Amidst Flowers" - Attentive Butler Service: You can arrange for the owner to pick you up from the airport or station."

"I didn't intend to go to Turpan on this trip to Xinjiang, but when I passed by Turpan on the way back, I remembered that my child was going to learn about Grape Valley in the second grade, so I got off the highway immediately and looked for a hotel. Perhaps it was fate that I found this B&B. When I arrived, the boss was very enthusiastic and honest. He answered all my questions. The boss recommended a place to pick grapes, which cost 6 yuan per kilogram and you can eat as much as you want. The raisins, a specialty, cost 20-30 per kilogram. Before leaving, the boss reminded me that if I encounter tourists being ripped off while playing in Turpan, I should call him, which makes a tourist from another place feel particularly at ease. After eating and drinking, I stayed for a short night and set off the next day. This is the warmest boss I met on this trip to Xinjiang. I heard that the boss likes to have a drink or two. I hope I will have the opportunity to drink and talk about heroes next time."

"This guesthouse is conveniently situated right next to Frog Lane, just a 50-meter stroll away. I found it to be much quieter than accommodations directly on Frog Lane, and the location is truly excellent! Its design is very tasteful, beautifully preserving the traditional features of Grape Gully houses, while the rooms themselves are up to hotel standards – impeccably clean and tidy. The courtyard even boasts grapevines, and guests are welcome to enjoy the fresh grapes for free! I would wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to any friends planning a visit."
