That means taxis were very easy to get, and there is a 24h convenience store and food options in the same plaza. Taxi to the main city center was a quick 20 mins away. Highly recommend this hotel if you're considering it!"

"The hotel front desk deliberately targets mainland Chinese guests. Everyone should avoid this place. 1. The front desk staff has a terrible attitude. Several times, I requested that food deliveries be sent up by the robot, but the front desk consistently delayed, making me wait over half an hour each time. I'd have to call again to prompt them before they'd finally send it up. Every time I called, the front desk would use the same canned response: 'It was just sent up.' How is it that every time I call, it just so happens to have 'just been sent up'? Do I really have to call and urge you every single time before you'll let the robot deliver? Can't you come up with a better lie? Travelers who need food delivery should definitely steer clear of this hotel. 2. I extended my stay and upgraded my room, but they gave me a room exactly like the original one, and not even facing the direction I requested. Where exactly is the 'upgrade' here? Isn't it tiring to drag suitcases up and down the stairs on that old carpet? Travelers with luggage should avoid this hotel. 3. The hotel is located at a crossroads and is noisy from morning till night. Car noises and dog barking never stop. I'm woken up early every morning by dogs barking. The dogs bark every single morning, not just once or twice, but continuously for one or two hours. Anyone who needs a good night's sleep for travel should absolutely avoid this hotel. 4. The hotel hallways and elevator lobbies spray an unpleasant, very strong chemical smell every few minutes, which is suffocating. Parents with children should avoid this hotel. 5. The hotel laundry room always has a queue, and it's common to wait until 1 or 2 AM every day. There are always many people fighting over washing machines; you can't get your laundry done without physically queuing in the laundry room. Travelers who need laundry services should especially avoid this hotel."

"This isn't just a simple B&B; it's more like a small folk park with scenic views and shops. The free sand therapy was notably effective for dispelling dampness and also a great spot for kids to play in the sand. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. The front desk can even help chill your fruit. Plus, there are really affordable places nearby to grab a BBQ mixed noodles or other bites."

"The hostel is a beautiful building set near the grape valley tourist attraction. Although a lil far from the centre of the city it provides a perfect place to relax out of the crazy heat experienced in Turpan. Would definitely stay again, also the dog and cat are very cute"

"Staying at the Turpan Gaochang La Quinta by Wyndham with my kids was an experience that far exceeded my expectations – it definitely deserves a huge thumbs up! 🌟 **Ambiance: Like stepping into an exotic fairy tale** The hotel, which opened in September 2025, boasts a rich Western Region/Persian style throughout. The lobby is opulent and exquisite, with every corner looking like a painting, perfect for capturing stunning photos. The exterior walls are designed with perforated wind-drying walls, reminiscent of local drying houses, adding a distinct Turpan touch. Even better, the Grape Night Market is right downstairs – it's lively, yet our room was perfectly quiet. 🎠 **Facilities: A paradise for kids** The hotel features an outdoor pool and a unique sand therapy area. For families, I highly recommend the Tatami Warm Sunshine Family Room; it's very spacious. 💁 **Service: Warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home** The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and proactively upgraded our room. They even added me on WeChat to provide thoughtful tips on facilities and breakfast. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including fresh fruits. Overall, the hotel's ambiance, facilities, and service were all impeccable, making it especially suitable for families with children. The kids had a blast, and the adults enjoyed a comfortable stay – it's definitely the top choice for a family trip to Turpan!"

"I absolutely love the wooden decor of Rizamat Manor. In 40°C Turpan, with the air conditioning on, sipping on freshly iced orange sparkling water, and catching a glimpse of the golden-purple sunset, a gentle breeze just melts all the stress away. At night, you absolutely must have a barbecue with apricot juice while watching a show. Chatting about this short but wonderful trip as the night unfolds. After a satisfying meal, a hot shower is a must. I really enjoyed the herbal-scented shampoo and body wash; after using them, I felt completely relaxed and drifted into a long, wonderful dream. I highly recommend the Desert Spa… I can't go into detail because it was so comfortable I fell asleep, but overall, the experience was fantastic! I managed to sneak in a mini-vacation here before the trip ended~ Now that I'm well-rested, I'm ready to head back to my hectic life!"
Turpan Hengze Hotel
"The hotel was very spacious, parking was convenient, and the environment was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. We traveled with our child, and the 2-meter king-size bed was perfect for our family of three. The hotel also provided brochures for daily tours in Turpan, which we used to plan our trip. However, there was one minor drawback in the room: no separate makeup mirror. This was a bit inconvenient for someone with poor eyesight, as the mirror over the sink was too far away, and leaning forward was difficult due to the sink blocking the way. It would be perfect if there was a small makeup mirror next to the sink mirror. Other than the heat, Turpan was really great, and it was a perfect trip overall."

"This hotel was hands down the most unique and satisfying accommodation during my 18-day Xinjiang trip. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and each one comes with a washing machine, which was a huge convenience, saving us from waiting for laundry. They also provided complimentary water, drinks, snacks, and even Starbucks capsule coffee. The decor was very stylish as well, which I absolutely loved. Highly recommended!"

"The facilities are great, and there's a huge swimming pool that my kids absolutely loved! The owners are a fantastic couple, very thoughtful and quick to resolve any issues. Plus, they offer fresh fruit every day! My only suggestion would be to add a water barrier at the shower entrance, as water tends to splash out and soak the floor after a shower. The location is super convenient, right within the Grape Valley scenic area, making it easy to get to all the major attractions."

"During my Xinjiang trip, I stayed in hotels ranging from 400 to 3000 yuan. Even though this Hampton was the cheapest, it didn't compromise on service or attention to detail. When I evaluate a hotel, I usually focus on two things: first, the cleanliness of hidden corners in the room, especially the shower and sink areas, and the freshness of the towels. This hotel excelled in all these aspects. Second, I look at the freshness of the breakfast items, particularly the salad. While the variety of choices depends on the hotel's positioning and class, the freshness truly reflects the hotel's care and management. For this, I have to give this Hampton a huge thumbs-up. All the staff I encountered were also very friendly."

"The most popular homestay in the grape ditch is really cool at night. The most important thing is that the boss is very enthusiastic and gave us grapes in the grape ditch for free, so sweet. The golden fish in the middle pool will let me touch and turn over. Hahaha love, love."

"The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere. The parking lot is huge and even has charging stations. The room itself is spacious, clean, tidy, and very quiet, so I slept really well. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful."

"The service was excellent, including from the owner, a friendly and hospitable veteran from Chongqing. However, the guesthouse facilities were terrible. The room was extremely basic and had a strange smell. The owner explained it was due to a requirement from the health department for disinfection with 84 disinfectant, but the smell didn't resemble that of 84 disinfectant. The stench made it impossible to sleep all night, and I couldn't breathe properly; it was very uncomfortable. Being unfamiliar with the area, traveling with a young child, and in such a remote location, I managed to get by for one night. I hope the owner doesn't just focus on making money without investing in the facilities; please improve them to justify the high prices paid by tourists who have traveled from afar. As a frequent traveler, I'd rate the hotel at around 50 yuan."

"I didn't intend to go to Turpan on this trip to Xinjiang, but when I passed by Turpan on the way back, I remembered that my child was going to learn about Grape Valley in the second grade, so I got off the highway immediately and looked for a hotel. Perhaps it was fate that I found this B&B. When I arrived, the boss was very enthusiastic and honest. He answered all my questions. The boss recommended a place to pick grapes, which cost 6 yuan per kilogram and you can eat as much as you want. The raisins, a specialty, cost 20-30 per kilogram. Before leaving, the boss reminded me that if I encounter tourists being ripped off while playing in Turpan, I should call him, which makes a tourist from another place feel particularly at ease. After eating and drinking, I stayed for a short night and set off the next day. This is the warmest boss I met on this trip to Xinjiang. I heard that the boss likes to have a drink or two. I hope I will have the opportunity to drink and talk about heroes next time."

"This B&B is super conveniently located in Frog Lane, Grape Valley. It's just a few steps to catch the shuttle to Frog Lane, and the distances to Flaming Mountains, Karez Wells, and the city center are all very reasonable. After exploring in the heat during the day, it's wonderful to return to Grape Valley to rest at night – perfect for those traveling by car. The owner is from Chongqing, and given that city's climate, I'm sure they're well-adapted to Turpan's heat, haha! The small courtyard is very cozy, and even the smallest room we stayed in with my daughter felt incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was clean, minimalist yet spacious, and the facilities were comfortable. There are three little parrots in the courtyard, two of which are friendly enough to be handled; they're absolutely adorable and add such a lively touch to the place. The owner was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, and the food they prepared was delicious. Our experience was truly top-notch, with absolutely no complaints! A big thank you to the owner for the small farewell gift! Wishing you all the best and continued success with your business!"
