"Location is good. Service terrible. This was the state of the room after "housekeeping". Bed wasn't made, trash wasn't taken out and toiletries not replenished. After I informed the staff at the front desk, bed and trash were more or less taken care of, but body wash still not replenished. It was almost 9 pm and I decided to use the hand wash for shower. I have traveled across China and stayed in great hotels and homestays, including in Xinjiang. But this hotel was the worst so far. Never returning again. I won't just blame the housekeeping staff; they probably have too much to handle. This is a management and motivation problem."

"I stayed at this hotel while transiting through Urumqi. It was a little far from the subway station, and it took just under an hour to get to the International Grand Bazaar, which was a bit inconvenient. It was also inconvenient that the showers only offered two options: unbearably hot water or room temperature (just under 30°C), even though Urumqi is extremely cold. On the other hand, I appreciated the free airport shuttle service and the fact that water and amenities were provided despite the relatively low price range."

"Ibis (Urumqi Tianshan International Airport Branch). The hotel has a loft structure, with each room spanning two floors, making it very spacious. We chose this hotel for our first and last days in Xinjiang. The receptionist was very attentive, and the hotel also includes breakfast and a free airport shuttle service, which was very thoughtful. If you need to stay near the airport, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was my first time staying here, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The overall design features a gentle, minimalist wooden aesthetic with comfortable and sophisticated color schemes, completely avoiding the cramped feeling of a cheap hotel. I particularly loved the room layout. The washroom area and bedroom are separated by a partition, providing a wet/dry separation. The open-plan vanity combined with a separate wardrobe made it very convenient for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The towels and amenities were neatly arranged, clean, and odor-free. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillow height was perfect. At many other hotels, I always have to request a flatter pillow, but here, the low pillow allowed me to sleep soundly through the night – very comfortable. After a busy day, I could quickly relax and slept until morning without any noise disturbance. The large wall-mounted TV allowed me to catch up on shows, and the lighting had several adjustable settings; the soft light for getting up at night wasn't harsh on the eyes. The cleanliness was impeccable; there were no water stains or dust on the floors or countertops, and the bathroom amenities felt high-quality. The front desk staff were pleasant and handled check-in quickly without any complicated procedures. Although there wasn't a robot delivery service, the security guard was very enthusiastic and brought up my food delivery, also helping with my luggage to the room. The location is also convenient for getting around, very close to Jingkai Wanda, making it easy to order takeout or go to Jinjie for night market food. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and high-quality room aesthetics!"

"The location is really great here. Cleanliness is top-notch. Rooms are clean and beautiful. I decided to change hotels because I was disappointed. I cannot find the swimming pool despite the listing shows that it has a swimming pool. And the staff for not particularly helpful to help me find the swimming pool. It shouldn't be that hard to find a swimming pool at a hotel that's what I regularly do when I book hotel. The breakfast provided was free which was okay. But they do not serve coffee and the coffee machine was deliberately turned off they're not and the staff are not willing to turn it on for their guests. I don't understand why"

"A fantastic hotel! The lobby is understatedly luxurious, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The environment was also very quiet. The hotel has a buffet with a wide variety of seafood and sashimi. Because of a flight delay, the hotel kindly gave us a few hours' delay in check-out. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Urumqi. 👍👍👍"

"We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread."

"I’d like to give a special shout-out to Xiao Ye, the concierge staff member, during my recent stay at the Urumqi Pushe Qinyuan Hotel (Tianshan International Airport Degang Wanda Branch). Xiao Ye was incredibly warm and attentive, always polite and helpful. Upon my arrival, he proactively assisted me with arranging a taxi, which significantly eased my travel burden. Knowing that my train departed early the next morning and would conflict with the hotel's breakfast hours, Xiao Ye thoughtfully informed the front desk and meticulously coordinated my breakfast arrangements. He truly went above and beyond, always approaching solutions from a guest’s perspective to resolve any travel difficulties. His meticulous and thoughtful service made my trip feel incredibly warm and truly made me feel at home. He deserves high praise!"
