"Oh no! Everything was bad! The toilet in the room was broken and leaking from the bottom. The other rooms weren't cleaned properly, so they told us to rest in the next room while they waited for the room to be cleaned before changing rooms. OK, no problem at all. My friend and I could accept it perfectly. We rested in the inner room and didn't touch any consumables or anything, including the trash can. My friend was also resting on the sofa. We had been on the road for a long time and were very tired. Later, they took my friend and me upstairs to change rooms, but the inner room we were given didn't have a washing machine. We insisted that we wanted a washing machine, we absolutely had to! I told the housekeeper we could change rooms after they were cleaned, but she deliberately misinterpreted my meaning. This happened after we changed rooms, and she complained to me, as if I shouldn't have asked for a change when there was a problem with the room. I was too tired at the time. When she said she'd clean the room and took us there, I kept my eyes half-closed, watching my feet, and followed my friend's footsteps. She didn't even look at the room. We both fell asleep fully clothed, without even lifting the covers. When we woke up, we couldn't find the washing machine. When we asked, she started misinterpreting my meaning, saying she'd asked me which room was okay. I was confused. I had repeatedly stated that we were staying for several days and needed a washing machine in the room. Whether it was a double bed or twin beds didn't matter; the main thing was having a washing machine in the room! Then the housekeeping started grumbling about how I changed rooms too often. But I wanted a comfortable stay, so I endured the discomfort and eventually changed to the room I'd initially agreed upon. During my stay, every time I asked the housekeeping to clean, they grumbled and seemed reluctant, complaining about the cost of a single set of bedding and how high the cost was. I definitely won't be coming back. Not recommended! The hot water was practically nonexistent. There was only a tiny bit of steam for about twenty minutes; a shower was barely enough to rinse it off before the water cooled down. The housekeeping either forgot to put out towels or left dirty linens on my open suitcase. It was truly awful. I rarely give bad reviews, but this is the first one. Last time, the hotel next door had a terrible bathroom smell that permeated the whole room, and I didn't even give it a bad review. This one is absolutely terrible! Avoid this hotel! A major disappointment!"

I stayed for four days, and every day the staff cleaned the room and replenished the disposables. The front desk lady was also very friendly and provided enthusiastic service. I'm very satisfied!"

"This stay at the Jianzhi Hotel in Urumqi was such a pleasant surprise, it absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Nanmen Metro Station. Across the street is Wanyancheng, and you can walk to the famous Xiaohe Prince restaurant in just two or three minutes. The Grand Bazaar is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making it super easy to explore, eat, and buy souvenirs. Getting to other city attractions or catching transport for your return journey is also a breeze. The room itself had a simple, clean, and refreshing style. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Despite Urumqi's dry heat, the in-room air conditioning and fresh air system worked perfectly, preventing any stuffiness. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a mini-fridge. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful throughout my stay. The value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi!"

"I've stayed here many times before, and this time I booked two nights. On both nights, there were old bloodstains on the pillows. I only noticed it after settling in on the first night. At first, I thought a pimple on my face had burst, but after checking, I realized it wasn't. It was already late, so I didn't ask for a replacement. In the morning, I deliberately left the pillow exposed, hoping housekeeping would see it and change it. However, when I returned the next day, it still hadn't been changed. I contacted customer service that morning to complain about the poor hygiene and was told that because I extended my stay, they wouldn't change the sheets. The lobby manager then contacted me, and I explained the whole situation, making it clear that the stains were not from me. The response I received was a questioning tone asking, “Ma'am, I asked housekeeping, and they're not sure who left it. And, as you know, it's hot now, so if a stain dries, it looks like this.” I was speechless. So, in the end, it became my fault. I mean, if it really were from me, would I even complain? In my opinion, a lobby manager is supposed to solve problems, not create more, or even shift the blame to the customer. The experience was truly awful. I will never stay here again!!! Avoid at all costs!!"

Lucy was very attentive, she arranged the room in advance and even turned on the humidifier, which made for a very comfortable stay.
