"Location is good. Service terrible. This was the state of the room after "housekeeping". Bed wasn't made, trash wasn't taken out and toiletries not replenished. After I informed the staff at the front desk, bed and trash were more or less taken care of, but body wash still not replenished. It was almost 9 pm and I decided to use the hand wash for shower. I have traveled across China and stayed in great hotels and homestays, including in Xinjiang. But this hotel was the worst so far. Never returning again. I won't just blame the housekeeping staff; they probably have too much to handle. This is a management and motivation problem."

"I stayed at this hotel while transiting through Urumqi. It was a little far from the subway station, and it took just under an hour to get to the International Grand Bazaar, which was a bit inconvenient. It was also inconvenient that the showers only offered two options: unbearably hot water or room temperature (just under 30°C), even though Urumqi is extremely cold. On the other hand, I appreciated the free airport shuttle service and the fact that water and amenities were provided despite the relatively low price range."

"This was my first time staying here, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The overall design features a gentle, minimalist wooden aesthetic with comfortable and sophisticated color schemes, completely avoiding the cramped feeling of a cheap hotel. I particularly loved the room layout. The washroom area and bedroom are separated by a partition, providing a wet/dry separation. The open-plan vanity combined with a separate wardrobe made it very convenient for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The towels and amenities were neatly arranged, clean, and odor-free. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillow height was perfect. At many other hotels, I always have to request a flatter pillow, but here, the low pillow allowed me to sleep soundly through the night – very comfortable. After a busy day, I could quickly relax and slept until morning without any noise disturbance. The large wall-mounted TV allowed me to catch up on shows, and the lighting had several adjustable settings; the soft light for getting up at night wasn't harsh on the eyes. The cleanliness was impeccable; there were no water stains or dust on the floors or countertops, and the bathroom amenities felt high-quality. The front desk staff were pleasant and handled check-in quickly without any complicated procedures. Although there wasn't a robot delivery service, the security guard was very enthusiastic and brought up my food delivery, also helping with my luggage to the room. The location is also convenient for getting around, very close to Jingkai Wanda, making it easy to order takeout or go to Jinjie for night market food. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and high-quality room aesthetics!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is the best. A minute walk from the metro station and just across the road from the Grand Bazaar. There is a good sized convenience store beside the entrance. Obviously security is tighter in this part of China so be prepared to scan your bags when you first arrive and show your keycard to security each time after that. We also had to get our room keycard reprogrammed every morning which was a surprise to us but seems standard practice. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom but a wet babywipe over the drain stopped that."
