"This homestay has a great atmosphere and a beautifully arranged, comfortable space. The staff are polite, lovely, and provide friendly service. On the day I stayed, I booked a container room. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was a good size for relaxing. Although the room was near the road, there was no noise disturbance. The room was clean and had basic amenities. My only minor complaint is the small curtain on the window. I think it would be better to have a blind or one with side securing strips, as the window is next to the bathroom door, allowing both outside and inside view. I felt a little uneasy about that. But overall, it was great. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I'll try a larger room."

My wife and me had a wonderful 2 nights stay at KOBUTHAI Resort in Uthai Thani. The resort was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. What impressed me the most was the warm hospitality. The couple owner were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and I was told it is newly build and well maintained, the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend KOBUTHAI Resort to anyone visiting Uthai Thani. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. "It's a cute, retro hotel. The staff were very friendly. I appreciated how they took the time to speak to our foreign guests. They also arranged for a tuk-tuk to Wat Tha Sung, which was very helpful. The riverside and night market are about a 10-15 minute walk away. Bicycles are also available for rental. The hotel is built like a regular home, so even normal conversations can be difficult to hear. Please remember to be considerate of those around you!"
