It would be much better if there were a shower door or partition to keep the water from splashing everywhere. After taking a shower, a lot of water ended up all over the bathroom floor, even reaching the toilet area."

"Loud location at night and if you're staying in the room at the top of the stairs, you will hear the door being closed all night into the other part where the main rooms are. Busy in the morning for breakfast tough fornseating and waiting for the sink. Also hard to get into the top bunk, I would say pod hotels are better for solo travellers."

"This hotel is basically a poor imitation of an Ibis hotel, yet it charges an unreasonable price! The rooms don’t even have tissues!!!! When I booked the hotel, I realized it had a shared bathroom. I tried to cancel, but the hotel refused. Instead, they upgraded me to a private bathroom only after charging an extra $300!!! The hotel has no proper security. While we were staying there, a homeless person came up to the second floor holding a lighter, which terrified my wife. The hotel alarm went off and the fire department had to come!! The person responsible for cleaning the room didn’t restock the coffee for two days until I directly reminded them. When I mentioned it to the reception, they didn’t seem to care. At one point, the cleaner even left their cleaning cloth in the room."

"This time round it's a bit disappointing as I was assigned a room just outside the swimming pool so I had to close all the curtains for privacy. Abit of aging as compared to my previous stay with them. The very good thing that I would like to recommend others to the hotel is that they would try their best to check you in even though you were very early. I had a 14+hrs flight and I would need the bed badly and they arranged without saying anything."
