"İtalya seyahatim sırasında 9 otelde kaldım ve bu en "rahatsız" olanıydı. 【Kaçınılması Gereken Önemli İpuçları】 Bu "Superior Deniz Manzaralı Oda"ya çok dikkat edin. Hiç de "superior" değil; otelin en ucuz odası (deniz manzaralı kategorisinde), deniz manzaralı odaların en alt kademesi (hiçbir oda yok, sadece normal deniz manzaralı odalar). Denize en uzak oda, ki bu küçük bir sorun. Asıl sorun, yan tarafta odayı "kesen" iki dikey asansör olması (esasen, iki asansör doğrudan yatağın yanına yerleştirilmiş). Bu durum şu sonuçlara yol açıyor: A) Odanın aşırı küçük ve düzensiz şekilli olması. Bu sonuçlar: B) Aşırı asansör gürültüsü. Oda değiştirebileceğinizi beklemeyin. Bu berbat oda tipinde her katta yalnızca bir oda var, bu yüzden daha yüksek veya daha alçak bir odaya geçmek fark yaratmayacaktır. Otelin sizi nazikçe yükseltmesini beklemeyin. Giriş yapmadan önce Ctrip'in Black Diamond kanalını kullanarak otelle iletişime geçtim ve bana aynı şey söylendi: yan taraftaki asansör doluydu ve başka müsait oda yoktu (giriş sırasında başka odalar mevcut olmasına rağmen). Alt iki katta daha az belirgin bir koku var gibiydi. Oda tipleri oldukça standart (superior deniz manzaralı odalar hariç, kaçınılması gereken bir uyarı). Manzara fena değil. Dezavantajları: 1. Resepsiyon personelinin Asyalı müşterilere karşı tutumu genellikle ılımlı; tam olarak kayıtsız değil, ama çok da hevesli de değil. 2. Otel kliması: Giriş sırasında resepsiyon, klimanın yalnızca balkon kapısı kapalı ve kilitliyken açılabileceğini söyleyerek uzun bir açıklama yaptı. Ancak gerçekte, balkon kapısını nasıl kapatıp kilitlersem kilitleyeyim, klima sadece "LOC" gösteriyordu. Çok sıcak olmadığı için, isteksiz resepsiyon personeliyle tartışmak istemediğim için bir gece balkon kapısı açık uyudum. 3. Bu "superior deniz manzaralı oda" kesinlikle iğrençti. 4. Oda anahtarı tek bir anahtar ve çok ağır, eski moda bir etiketti. 5. Issız bir yerde, gece geç saatlerde, sabahın erken saatlerinde, uzaktan bir saat boyunca köpekler havlarken, tamamen kırsal bir deneyimdi. Otel restoranından bahsedelim: 1. Şehir merkezinde olmadığı için, arabanız yoksa, büyük olasılıkla otelin tek restoranında akşam yemeği yemek zorunda kalacaksınız. 2. İtalyan dört yıldızlı otellerdeki restoranlar genellikle benzer şekilde pahalıdır. İki kişi için 80 avro, kabaca üç ana yemek, bir tatlı ve bir şişe suya denk gelir. Bu otelin restoranı da yukarıda belirtilen fiyat aralığındadır. 3. En büyük "özellik" porsiyon boyutlarıdır; yemekler olağanüstü derecede "nefis"tir. 4. İki ana yemek isteyen biri için fiyat 35-45 avrodan başlar. 7. Restoranın baş garsonu, bir TV şovundan veya filmden fırlamış bir beyefendi gibi. İfadeleri, dili ve beden dili oldukça gösterişli ve törensel (sahnedeki bir sihirbaz gibi). Son derece özverili ve güçlü bir duruşu var; bu da fiyatına göre "mükemmel" bir deneyim (Dianping'deki bazı kişiler de ondan bahsetti). Restoranda müşterileri oturtma, onlarla iletişim kurma ve sipariş alma yetkisine sahip tek kişi o (bu çoğu restoranda yaygındır). Diğer herkes temel hizmet veriyor. Çok profesyonel ve gösterişli olduğu için, Asyalılara diğer restoranlara göre daha coşkulu ve kibar görünüyor ve "yüzeysel" (ve sadece yüzeysel) bir eşitlik düzeyi yakalıyor (elbette diğer çalışanlar çok daha kayıtsız)."

"The hotel Oriente in Vico Equense was advertised as a 4 star "Luxury" Hotel. In my honest opinion it isn't. Whilst it is clean and well air conditioned (Essentially) i t is need of a complete refurbishment. Internally, the reception area is probably the biggest aesthetically poor area as you walk in, with stark reminder of the "Covid" era and the big plastic screens at the small, high desk, felt very unsettling to be honest. The advertisement ( through Love Holidays) states that they have a private beach, this is true but it is less than qaulity, very poor infact and part of a terrace of private beaches. The private beach is down and sharp inclined road and alleyway, Make sure you book the bus back! * people at a time in the wacky races bus on the way back, which is also bookable downwards i may add. The advert also states that towels for guests are available for the beach, they are, but at a charge of £2.50 per day per person! Take your own. I paid an upgrade cost for a luxury 3 bed room, i was so disappointed with it, it was anything but luxury, again clean but just old and poor qaulity fittings. The bathroom.........well, just needed a complete refurbishment, and they didnt supply and glasses in the room, just very flimsy paper cups, i assume this was so you couldn't break them on the tiled floors....? It is built onto ? into a cliff face with no parking at all, even outside on the road, so drop off and collection was interesting to say the least. The staff were great though, no issues at all, friendly, helfull and excellent English.. I feel that the Hotel Oriente is not good value for money."

"Eden Bleu hotel Vico Equense is an amazing place to stay. Such a peaceful and relaxing week spent there. The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much for them. The chef is a revelation, the food was 5 star, plentiful and delicious every night. I've never felt so well fed with four course delight each night. Thank you to everyone at Eden Bleu"

"Catarina and Michele are exceptional hosts and treated us with great courtesy. We stayed in their junior suite with large balcony looking towards Capri and the southern end of the bay of Naples. We witnessed spectacular sunsets. The breakfasts were all created with home products and home baking by Mike and Cat and served with consistently cheerful willingness by Donatello and Jenny (?). The room was spotless and cleaned each day. A short walk to the station meant that we could get to most places with ease without a car. We coped with the walk back up the hill as our fitness workout/sauna which would end in a cold shower or swim at Do Petro. We wish Do Petro and the family every success in the future."

The town of Vico Equense is small, not touristy and a good place to catch the train to Sorrento or Pompeii. We will stay here again without hesitation."
