"Room was ok but on 24th July when I was leaving I forgot my apple earpods pro in the bed in my room when I was leaving, one 1 day later I checked and the location of them was supposed to be 1 minute walk (infront of the next building where I have never walked). I was trying contact the reception by phone and emails for multiple days. They answered the phone 3 times out of 15 calls that I tried to give them. First call was on saturday and the reception told me they will check with the cleaning service the next day and they will call me. After nobody calling me the whole next day which was sunday I tried to call them and they told me its sunday and there is no cleaning service (ok its sunday) and that they will call me next day. On monday I am not able to reach them at all. Tuesday they told me they looked at the photo that I've sent them in one of my emails and said that in the photo it looks like they are maybe in some sport club which was on totally other side of the avenue. Forgetting airpods is my problem but I really dont understand why it is such a problem to reply to emails which they confirmed that they recieved but after multiple days. We have location of the lost item which is poiting few meters from the hotel one seems to be willing to help and have a look or at least reply in some form...."

"Fotoğraflarda gösterilen normal pencereli standart bir oda rezervasyonu yapmıştık. Ancak sonunda Velux pencereli 506 numaralı çatı katı odasına yerleştirildik. Oda çok eskiydi ve banyo da pek temiz değildi, fayansların çoğu çatlaktı. Sitede gösterilen odayı alırsanız belki bu sorun olmaz. Ayrıca asansör sadece 4. kata kadar çıkıyor. 5. kata çıkmak için merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor, bu da hareket kabiliyeti kısıtlı olanlar için uygun değil."

"We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a sign on reception asking to call someone to come and check us in as nobody was on reception. Wasn't really given any directions to our room. The man on reception just pointed one way to the breakfast room and the way to our room. We were in room 101, no lifts to take us and our large cases, but had to navigate several flights of stairs. When we did eventually find our room, it was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the room was always cold. Heating is turned off at this time of year and only 1 blanket in the wardrobe. Breakfast was really poor. You have to access it via the adjoining Korean restaurant and down a twisted staircase, not good for anyone with mobility issues. As for the offerings, hard stale bread, had to ask for butter and jam as nothing laid out. Even though it's a tiny breakfast room with not many people, food wasn't replenished often so you just went without. Eggs had to be ordered from the kitchen. The coffee machine wasn't nice at all. I have had better supermarket brand instant coffee than this machine made. The spa has to be booked at least 2 hours in advance. My husband used it but didn't even bother with the jacuzzi as it looked like it had pond scum in it, not clean at all. Plus it was very busy and not a relaxing environment, so he didn't stay long. The only advantage to this hotel is the location. Just within the old town, so easy to walk to most places of interest. A short 10 minute walk to the train and bus stations. Other than that, one of the least enjoyable stays we've had in the 41 European countries we've visited so far. Wouldn't stay here again as the standard just isn't good."

The hotel room was very clean and with beautiful view to the city. Walls are soundproof. The bed was so comfy and big that I slept like a baby. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."

"I visited Lithuania for my first trip from Japan. The hotel staff were very kind and very helpful to print the printed matter used at work and to keep my luggage. After all, I thought it was a very convenient place to warm and eat what I bought at the supermarket called breath in front of me by saying that there was a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The public transportation bus stop is also very close, but Uber and bolt are cheap, so I tend to use it, but the public transportation bus stop is also close, so it is a very convenient place. I think it's a good place is. The bed was the smallest type of room, but I stayed with two people and didn't feel so small because I was Japanese."
