"The rooms are spacious and clean and have a small balcony. This is a highly recommended hotel. You'll be in the center of Viseu in half an hour. The breakfast is sufficient and varied, just like a **** hotel. From what we heard, it was recently renovated. Parking is included in the room rate. One drawback is that the pillows could be improved."

"Pleasant stay in this hotel. It is designed in a quite modern and stylish way coming with good amenities. Breakfast was sufficient for me (as I’m usually not a big breakfast eater). All the staffs were helpful and friendly. Only the con is that I encountered their argument scenes twice in a row, in a same day… you don’t want to see or hear loud arguments by employees first in the morning at breakfast, 7am! Please be more mindful of the guest and do not show it. I didn’t feel good about it, so I cannot give full 5 stars, otherwise I liked the stay and would love to come back."

If the hotel were good, otherwise, the price/quality ratio would be expensive. In my opinion, it needs a complete overhaul. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
