"The establishment really looky classy -with respect to the location. I will give them that Pathetic customer service at their bar. The staff are slow asf. Nice food but I got some human hair inside. No action was taken. Not even an apology was given. Maybe twas my mistake that I found it😡"

"This was a wonderful place to stay next to the Wildlife Lodge with your own private pool. However there was only the option of booking the room and breakfast with Trip.com. The service staff were rude when we asked about lunch at the restaurant saying you only booked breakfast. Luckily there was a la carte by the swimming pool. However for more convenient viewing of the water hole would recommend booking a room at Voi Wildlife Lodge."

"Visited this hotel in Feb for work. It was clean and quiet for a night. The decor has a lot of different c coloured lights so does feel a bit like a disco. The food was ok, but took an awful long time to come, largely as it is all good fresh (which in my view is probably preferable)."

"This accommodation was a replacement for the one we had originally booked, and we were very disappointed. There was a lot of construction going on, so we had to cross the construction site to get to the lodge. Opening the lodge was only possible with the help of a ranger; everything was jammed, and we had to search for rangers. The meal on the first evening was a cold buffet of warm dishes, which was a shame. It was even worse in the morning; the ants had clearly taken over the jam and honey. Since we had previously stayed at a similarly good lodge, this was more than disappointing. The service staff were unfortunately just standing around, doing nothing. The accommodation was otherwise good and clean. Since the river behind it had dried up, we didn't see any animals there. The prices for drinks, however, were very, very high. This was our third safari trip in Kenya with this worst accommodation, unfortunately."
