"Honestly, this is an amazing accomodation. Amazing location, very spacious and comfortable. Only problem I have is (1) there are many insects and spiders which I am really afraid of but yet there are cob webs in every corner, (2) can’t say much for amenities but bring your own toiletries (soaps, toothpaste/brush, etc)."

"Reached the motel in light snow, warmly welcomed by the staff who quickly recommended few places for us to visit during our short trip to Wanaka.
The room is very clean and warm. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped.
We enjoyed the Netflix in our room at night when it was too cold to explore the town.
Location of the motel is close to town (driving to the town would be more convenient as the area is a bit hilly)."

"I am truly very grateful to the owner for providing a room that exceeded our expectations, and both my friends and I really enjoyed it. As soon as I stepped inside, I saw the most beautiful scenery outside the balcony. The room is very spacious and clean and comfortable. This is the best check-in experience!"

"The lodge was very clean and well maintained. It was a cosy stay for me in Wanaka. The lodge is super close to cafés and eateries too, nothing to fault. 10/10 for the service and they're very kind for allowing me to use the meeting room for conference calls."

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms your group will have plenty of space. Fantastic lake and mountain views are available from all living areas. Close proximity to large playing fields and playgrounds will be great for guests with children.
High Speed Wifi (fibre connection ) for business or pleasure and Smart TV.
The house offers generous open plan living through the lounge, dining and kitchen area which flows out onto a balcony and courtyard. The views from the balcony are magic. The double garage offers generous parking with further off street parking available (for cars or boats).
Heating consists of a Wood Fire and two heat pumps.
Centrally located, only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town.
Can comfortably accomodate two families.
Situated right behind our other property "Simply Stunning I", subject to availability, larger groups could book both houses and accomodate up to 17 guests.

A 2020 one storey built modern spacious home (approx 240 sq m) situated on a hill boasting amazing lake and mountain views, whilst still being a short walk to the lake and Wanaka township. Sun drenched, warm family home with separate living and bedroom wings with a connected partially covered central deck which provides an attractive outside dining option. Excellent feedback from guests since 2020 eg Charlie -Aug 23 said "excellent house, view was awesome. House is much better than pictures and pictures were great". The house has been rented out to guests through other platforms since 2020 and has achieved 4.96 out of 5 average rating.
A home that can accommodate different and larger groups of people. In addition to the three bedrooms that can sleep 6 people, we can provide for up to 2 more people with a fold out queen size sofa double bed in the media/TV room. In the master and bedroom 3, there is a double bed and in bedroom 2, there are 2 king single beds. (the double bed in bedroom 3 can be set up as 2 singles if specially requested in advance). There are two full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms (separate toilet and sink). The home has been set up with a ducted system throughout providing heating and cooling as required. The property also comes with a spacious double garage with internal access allowing use of a separate washer and dryer as well as a space to dry ski gear. Wanaka Otelleri
Large five bedroom holiday home situated only 2.5km from Wanaka Township, 5 minutes walk to Bremner Bay and Eely Point, a popular location for boat launching.
This sunny home has recently been renovated and redecorated with new carpet being layed November 2023. The lounge/living area has large bifold doors opening out on to a sunny deck that is a sun trap. The inside area contains a large log fire with heat transfer unit. All 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the fifth has 2 single beds aswell as the queen bed. We encourage our guests to bring their own linen (sheets pillowcases and towels) however if this is not possible we can provide them for $150 this includes the washing. If you are wanting to hire our linen we ask that this additional charge be paid directly to me to cover the linen laundering costs. I can provide those details once you have booked. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms servicing the 5 bedrooms.
This home consists of a modern well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, a large living area with separate dining. A conservatory provides a relaxing space, catching all day sun. Bathrooms each contain a shower and toilet, en suite upstairs also has a bath.
A large park situated over the road provides plenty of space for recreation. The house is also equipped with a large plasma television and sky t.v, a gas barbeque, and ample off street parking.
This home is an ideal getaway sleeping 11/12 people with ample living areas and all the comforts of home.
Special conditions:
•No parties and no additional guests staying beyond those booked.
•No smoking inside our house.
•No tents or additional overnight guests without prior permission.
•No pets allowed on this property
