"We come here to stay here as our Christmas work do wasn’t far and location worked for us. However when we arrived we had a quick drink at the bar before going to room (bar area very small and was full with just 1 group so we had to sit in the restaurant) our drink price was fine but when we come back down later and had one while waiting for our taxi the price went up! I said to the guy on the bar who i must say was very rude, his actual words when I asked him why it had gone up when we had 2 exactly the same drinks earlier were….Dunno what to tell ya, and walked off 😳😡 i was fuming! Absolute disgrace of a man.. if he could call himself that. Breakfast stared at 7am we got there about 7.15 as we had an early start and the doors were still locked. Again 1 waitress in there was so rude and to be honest don’t even think she was awake. There was another lady she had dark hair sorry don’t know her name but she was so sweet and lovely Plates and bowls were dirty, I had to go down quite a few to get a clean one from the stack. Spoons were gross i had to dip them in hot water to clean them Pillows were awful! I’ve always had such a nice stay at premier inns in the past and slept well but this wasn’t good. I was awake at 4am and didn’t sleep again, I must say tho it was nice to have a bath in the room and not just a shower so that’s a plus. Wouldn’t stay again"

Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club ★★★★★
"This is such a lovely resort. The estate is simply magnificent and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The room (especially the toilet) was a little bit dated but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. We got to dine at the main restaurant and the food quality was excellent. Breakfast and lunch were equally impressive with plenty of options for the kids. As for amenities, we got to use the indoor pool and spa and they were both nice and clean. The building was surrounded by impressive gardens and golf course so you will always get a good view just looking out of the windows. The hotel is surrounded by historic market towns which are always worth visiting. I would definitely come back again as I enjoyed the place so much."

Premier Inn Ware ★★★
"Car park spacious and free for premier inn guests overnight Hotel itself probably one of the most unclean premier inns I have stayed in. Shower and toilet definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Hoovering in the bedroom also looked like it hadn’t been done properly in some time, especially around the skirting boards. Checked in at nighttime so only had one experience with staff member, wasn’t anything to write home about, don’t even think we got a hello after being on the road for 12 hours."

"Overall the hotel is fine. Parking is convenient. The only thing I would point out is the shower is not hot in our room and breakfast is simple - which is fine but the spoon, knife etc are not very clean."

"Visited last Sunday with my wife and 3 of our friends for the Sunday lunch buffet, which was just fabulous, the selection of foods on offer was outstanding and really delicious, service was excellent and the dining room and hotel are just beautiful. After lunch we went for a stroll round the grounds which like the hotel are just as beautiful. The Sunday lunch buffet is amazing value considering the high standards of all aspects at the hotel, can't wait to return."
