"Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. The hotel was OK, quite basic but it did the job. The service was good, anything you ask for and they help you immediately. We stayed for 6 nights which is too much but we were on a family visit in the area. If you don't use a car, don't go there. It's in an isloated industrial business park. Some plates and cups at breakfast weren't completely clean. Rooms are not cleaned every day."

"Coming to Warrington, this hotel is pretty good, with free parking. And the waiter's attitude is very good. There are also restaurants. There is also a separate cabin where you can cook. It was just that the outside room had insufficient heating and insufficient water. Everything else is perfectly fine."

"Even though we paid in full, we still had to pay an additional £150 deposit through a third party which felt like a scam. We have been told this refund has been processed, but there is no proof or invoice. We didn't get the codes for entry until we called them and pressed for them 15 minutes before arrival, though they reassured us they were automatically sent they couldn't tell us when apart from that it would be before check in at 3pm. The property was really unclean and could do with a serious update. The walls had lots of scrapes and marks, the furniture looked cheap and like it was going to fall apart. There was one pillow per person. The blinds in the roof windows were cheap and folded when pulling down at night time. There was dust and cobwebs, unclean bathroom, the toilet in the ensuite didn't flush properly, extractor fans didn't work, there wasn't a seal on the shower screen over the bathroom so water leaked everywhere, and the place had a funny smell. It wasn't great at all. Would highly recommend to look somewhere else!!"

"A lovely hotel close to many eateries. Clean and friendly. Less than £200 for 3 nights compared to others over £450 it’s great values for money. Ample parking and several disabled bays. Takeaway breakfast more than enough; cornflakes, milk, pain chocolade, flapjack and water. Brian and Claire ultra friendly and helpful. It’s also attached to a superb Bombay8 Indian restaurant. Literally seconds from the M62 yet perfectly quiet in the rooms. Would thoroughly recommend"

"We had a wonderful stay at The School House; we were greeted with a very warm welcome by the amusing Garry. Our room was so clean, and the linen smelt so good (I love a bit a fabric conditioner!). There were lots of nice touches like the curtains and lights put on in our room, so we weren't scrabbling around in the dark when we came back later in the evening. Though Andy still managed to fall down some stairs, he is rather clumsy! The breakfast was delicious and home cooked. If we are in the area, we would stay again. Thank you for making our weekend so much fun."

The breakfast coffee was a dire instant powder. The coffee machine should have b|n available to paying Premier Hotel customers The food was cleared away at 9am. Far too early for holiday makers."

"I booked hotel accommodation with free breakfast for two people. After breakfast, the restaurant charged £10 per person, totaling £20. I checked the bill and found out that a simple English breakfast was an upgraded breakfast, and the free breakfast was just a cup of hot coffee! £20 for two breakfasts in a hotel is not expensive, but it's hard to understand that the free breakfast is a cup of hot coffee per person! This was a very bad experience, something I have never seen in over 40 years of staying in a hotel! I suggest that the hotel should list on the booking website that the accommodation comes with two free cups of morning coffee to avoid guests thinking that the hotel is cheating!"

"Lovely room, big shower, comfy bed, all of the streaming platforms on the tv. Room service was easy to access once we had the correct phone number, food was okay, probably wouldn’t get it again as it was quite expensive. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to go to the pool but ima use it was nice. Surrounding areas of the hotel and outside the rooms were very nice and quiet. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly."

"The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D"
