"I stayed for two nights and was pleasantly surprised when customer service upgraded me to a sea-view room directly facing the ocean! The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a short walk across the street to Weihai International Beach. Sitting on the sand in the evening, listening to music and drinking coffee, was incredibly relaxing. Torch Eight Street is only a few minutes' walk away, and there are various restaurants and small shops on both sides of the hotel. In the evening, there's also a night market selling small goods. It's super convenient for shopping and dining, making for a great travel experience."

"Overall, I'm very satisfied and it definitely deserves a good review. First, the location. It's right by the International Bathing Beach, just a few minutes' walk down to the sand. Our room was on a high floor, with a balcony directly facing the sea. The view was completely unobstructed; you could lie in bed and watch the ocean, enjoying both sunrise and sunset. This view alone was worth the price of the room. The room was cleaner than expected. The bedding was pristine and odorless, the floor was sparkling clean, and there were no water stains in the bathroom. You can rent a scooter downstairs and head to the nearby market to buy seafood and cook it yourself, which saved us a lot of money. The air conditioning cooled quickly, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfect for watching TV or browsing on your phone. The host was very thoughtful, sending detailed check-in instructions and a local guide in advance. They recommended several restaurants popular with locals, and none of them disappointed. There's a supermarket and fruit store downstairs, making it convenient to buy things. It was very quiet at night, and the soundproofing was good, so we slept very well. The absolute best part was the ocean view from the balcony. We watched a stunning sunset – it was so romantic and incredibly therapeutic! Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Weihai and have already recommended it to my friends."

"Facilities: The hotel was fully booked, and we were very fortunate to get an upgrade to a suite. Many thanks to Jingjing for arranging it and to Sister Haixia for the thoughtful setup. The breakfast was decent, a mix of Chinese and Western options, and they even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent; it was very comfortable to stay here. All the towels and bath towels were individually packaged and sterilized. Environment: The overall hotel environment was great. The lobby was bright and spacious, and the public areas were warmly decorated. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. Service: Jingjing and Sister Haixia were incredibly responsive to every request. They were also very quick to answer questions via private message. The hotel even arranged a ride for us to the train station, and the driver was very friendly and helped with our luggage. Every staff member we met in the hallways greeted us with a smile, truly making us feel welcome, like coming home. Thank you; you've made us want to choose you again when we return to Weihai."

"We came to Weihai for a trip and initially only booked one night. After staying, we felt the hotel was quite good, and the room was very clean. The hotel is in the city center, right below Weigao Plaza, and the popular '网红足球场' (influencer football field) is also very close. The staff service was excellent. We wanted to extend our stay, and Tonia responded quickly and helped us arrange the extension. The hotel's welcome cookies were also very good, and they had creative ice cream at the front desk. It's very convenient for going out shopping or taking a stroll by the sea. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and the service was warm and thoughtful. Next time we come to Weihai, we will definitely prioritize staying here again."

"An unexpected check-in and dining experience that exceeded my expectations! I initially stayed two nights at the newly opened Crowne Plaza next door because of its InterContinental branding and big name, but it had so many issues! I switched to Chengtou Beichen for my third night because I had all my meals at Chengtou during my two nights at Crowne Plaza and found the service here to be very genuine and the food quality reliable. So, I made the decisive move to switch! The manager proactively upgraded my room type! They even thoughtfully provided an electric heater because of the cold weather! You can see the actual situation in the pictures! Manager Guo and Manager Zhang from the F&B department, Cinnie from the front desk, and all the other staff I encountered were all smiles. It was clear they had extensive hotel experience and understood customer needs (something the Crowne Plaza next door lacked). Plus, compared to Crowne Plaza's high prices for a good view, Chengtou shares a similar sea and lake view and isn't too far behind, and the price is much more favorable. The breakfast buffet also offers more variety and better taste than Crowne Plaza! And the service is better! The renovation smell at Crowne Plaza was too strong!"

"Had a very satisfying stay at the Crowne Plaza Weihai. After booking, the hotel proactively reached out via WeChat to coordinate my check-in. 'Hammer' (Tie Chui) from the staff was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a sea-view room, which offered stunning views. The smart controls in the room were also a nice touch, very upscale. A big thank you also goes to Daisy at the front desk for assisting with our extension and for another room upgrade. Their proactive and enthusiastic service truly made a difference. The hotel's dining options were also quite tasty. Its proximity to Xianghai is very convenient. I'll definitely be returning to the Crowne Plaza for my next stay."

There are various snack streets and cafes nearby, so whatever you're craving is just a short walk away. The beach is only a few minutes' stroll, and watching the sunset during an evening walk there was incredibly relaxing—I can't even describe the feeling. The room has a TV, so when we didn't feel like going out at night, we just cozied up in bed and watched a movie, which created a fantastic ambiance. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries smelled lovely. All in all, this stay greatly enhanced our Weihai trip, and we'll definitely come back next time!"

The bed sheets were also dirty, with stains that hadn't been washed properly. The housekeeping staff, however, did a pretty good job cleaning."

Ayrıca odanın yerden ısıtmasının kapatılabileceği söylendi. Bunu yapmalarını istedim - harika, oda sıcaklığı düştü ve sorun kalmadı. 20 dakika sonra tekrar açıldı ve yine dayanılmaz derecede sıcaktı. İki kez şikayet etmeye gittim, her seferinde sadece 1 derece kadar düşürdüler. Odanın sıcaklığını ekranda görebiliyordum, ancak doğru olmadığını söylediler - ki bu saçmalık, çünkü oda aynı derecede sıcaktı. "My stay at the Atour Hotel Weihai was truly excellent this time around. The location is a huge plus, right next to Happiness Gate, and you can step right out to the sea. It's so convenient for walks and enjoying the sea views, and the night scenery is beautiful too. The hotel overall is clean and tidy, and the room decor is cozy, giving you a sense of quiet comfort and being well looked after. The bedding is super comfortable, and I slept really soundly. The service also deserves a special mention; the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to details. Amenities were complete, hygiene was spot on, and breakfast was abundant – I usually skip breakfast, but I couldn't resist here! For my two-night, three-day stay, on the second day they even brought four bottles of water and two bottles of honey black tea. That's why I booked two nights in Yantai and five nights in Qingdao. Atour is definitely a brand you can trust."

"The hotel is quite close to Liugong Island, though you'll still need a taxi to get there. You can walk to Xingfumen (Happiness Gate) and enjoy a pleasant stroll along the seaside. The family room is spacious, with bunk beds and a slide, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel also has a kids' play area and a children's stamp-collecting activity. My only minor complaint is that while the room's bar counter is quite large, there isn't a single stool or chair for it – the entire family room only has one lounge chair. The highlight, however, is the panoramic restaurant on the 20th floor. Aside from it being a bit warm (which seems to be a design flaw), both the ambiance and the food quality are excellent. It's especially beautiful in the evening, with stunning sunset views."

"The room was clean, facilities were new, and toiletries were well-stocked. The privacy was excellent; you needed to use your room card to access the guest room areas, and it was perfectly quiet at night. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious. The hotel itself was beautiful. Beyond the white buildings and the large seaside pool, even the small details were lovely. Laundry was convenient, and I never had to wait to use the laundry room. Turning left outside the hotel, you can walk along the boardwalk to Torch Eight Street. Turning right, you can reach Xiaoshi Island to go clamming and watch the sunset. Both are only about a ten-minute walk away. There's also a wonderful seaside cafe right next door. The service was great. The butler greeted us, helped with luggage upon arrival and departure, proactively asked about our needs during our stay, inquired if we had enough snacks, and the welcome fruit was abundant. Every day, we'd encounter a dairy cat roaming around – it was clean, plump, and seemed to be living quite well. The downside is that the restaurant only serves breakfast, and the highly-rated dinner options are no longer available. Besides a newly opened restaurant right outside (with no reviews yet, and judging by the sign, it also seems to sell health products), the nearest restaurants are a ten-minute walk to Xiaoshi Island. This meant we had to go out twice a day, preventing us from simply relaxing at the hotel."
