Too much to say in a review, room unclean, found chocolate wrapper and perfume under the bed, hadn't been hovered, no bath plug in bath, no top on mixer tap, no normal coffee in room only decaf, hairs in bed, too warm in room. View out of window just rubbish and a broom outside to look at. Have complained by email but no response from hotel, only keep asking for my booking ID then when i phone up they tell me they cant find my booking number so i have complained through trip.com asking for a refund!!! DO NOT BOOK this hotel."
