"We had a nice little stay, but the room wasn’t very clean my daughter found a used cotton bud under the bed. I couldn’t stop inching throughout the night and I’m still itching now after coming home so there might be bed bugs or if there was a dog in the room fleas 🫣"

"Great premier inn. We were greeted by a really friendly and happy member of staff (didn’t get her name but she was so nice) The room was spotless and very modern. They had left a window open and a fan on so the room was fresh and cool. Breakfast was great and they catered to our allergies perfectly! Staff were really friendly too."

"This hotel is a nice clean hotel conveniently situated for our purpose of stay .However the majority of the hotels guests whilst we were there were homeless men or families. This made the public areas busy with people outside smoking or just hanging about . We know this is a sign of the times we live but it did make us feel both sad for their situation but also uncomfortable as a paying guest on holiday . For this reason we would not recommend staying here especially if you are a lone woman or with children ."

"Nice room and comfy bed. Same as every travelodge really. Bad points were only 30 minutes of wi fi a day unless you pay for more. Used mine on arrival while waiting to go to an event. Next morning when I tried to get my free 30 minutes it said I had used them. So it's not 30 minutes a day is it? Bit naughty really. Also the windows were filthy. Apart from this it was a good stay."

"The room was quite large, but the hotel's decor was very British and the facilities were old. The showerhead was slow to spray water, and the showerhead chain in my room was broken. This hotel is located in a village, quite far from the city center; a taxi ride to Liverpool city center takes about 25 minutes. The room facilities are rather old, and the front desk, kitchen, and restaurant staff are all quite busy. For breakfast, you need to go downstairs half an hour early, otherwise you'll have to wait a long time. Overall, it was barely acceptable."
