"It was too late to return to Urumqi, so I decided to stay one night in Wusu. After searching online for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. The overall feeling is very good, the cost performance and comfort are quite high. When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and recommended this hotel. The barbecue restaurant is super delicious. The meat skewers are so big that it took a family of three to eat for more than 100 years and they were full. The hotel room is clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities. It also comes with non-slip slippers, tea bags and mineral water. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries, which is very considerate. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. The tomato egg noodles are delicious and the Xinjiang milk tea is also delicious. When I checked out, I had a bunch of scattered things in my hand. When I saw it, the lady at the front desk immediately brought me a bag and helped me pack it. The service was really good. I took the initiative to add her to WeChat. I will do it again if I have the opportunity to travel to Xinjiang again. I chose to live here and hope to have another chance to visit this beautiful city."

"The room is large, clean and sanitary, and the housekeeping service is good. The biggest problem is that it's too noisy. I couldn't sleep the whole night. At around 2 a.m., a group of ethnic minorities came and ran back and forth between the two rooms. The door slammed so loudly, bang, bang... dozens of times. My heart couldn't take it. They also made loud noises in the corridor and the room, making noises and singing. They didn't think this was a public place at all and did whatever they wanted... At around 3 a.m., I couldn't stand it anymore, so I talked to the front desk, but there was no change at all, and it got even louder. . It lasted until about six in the morning… This trip was supposed to be a three-night stay, but now I'm decisively canceling it and going to another hotel. When I checked out the next day, I reported this problem to the front desk and they seemed to be used to it. Suggestion: Guests who check in after midnight are reminded by the front desk not to make loud noises and disturb others' rest, otherwise they will not be received. This is the case with the hotel I stayed in during a business trip in southern Xinjiang. Otherwise, who would dare to come here in the future?"

"It was so bad. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. My husband specifically asked for a quiet room at the back to rest well. As a result, we went up to see that it was room 215 directly opposite the elevator. I don’t know what he was thinking. The area at the elevator door was wooden flooring, and the corridor of the room was carpeted. The sound insulation was super poor, which really drove people crazy. I don’t recommend coming here at all. You will regret it to death. At around 8 o’clock in the morning, I heard the sound of high heels on the wooden floor. The elevator and my door were less than four meters away. The sound of the elevator plus the sound of shoes and suitcases, and at around 9 or 10 o’clock, they started chatting in other rooms. I could hear all the voices clearly. I was so upset that I couldn’t sleep. I quickly packed up and checked out. If I had known this, why would I stay here at night? I would have driven back to Dushanzi directly. As a local Wusu person, this is the worst stay in Wusu."
