Bed was soft and sheets were good. Pillows were a little firm but I'm ok with that. Bathroom was big. Towels came wrapped in sealed plastic and were clean. Didn't want to leave the hotel. Foreigners can stay here. Definitely would recommend and would stay again."

The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, was impeccably clean, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand, exuding quality. The city skyline view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was breathtaking. Regarding service: Highly commendable! From the front desk to room service, every staff member was smiling and proactive. When we casually asked about nearby restaurants, the front desk staff not only provided detailed recommendations but also drew a map for us. Room service responded quickly and was always responsive.
