The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family

Highly recommended treasure hotel. Checking in late at night in the scorching heat, the front desk service staff is friendly and has a strong sense of service, and actively coordinates with other departments to deliver ice cubes to the room. Later, I contacted the front desk to send some baby supplies, which was also very fast. The next day, when I met the cleaning staff in the corridor, they would take the initiative to say hello, and it was not the kind of emotionless routine, which made people feel very comfortable. The room layout and facilities are very good and impressive, and the air conditioning is very powerful. The only regret is that the water in the shower is a bit small, which may not be enjoyable for those who like a strong water flow. I got up in the morning and walked around the hotel. It is on the edge of Taihu Lake. It is very quiet and suitable for relaxing. There is also a place to raise peacocks outside the restaurant on the first floor. The little friends like it very much. The master who feeds them is also very nice and explains patiently. The breakfast is very rich, 5-star praise. In general, the stay experience exceeded expectations, and it is worthy of being the first choice hotel in Wuxi. However, we checked in on an off-peak Thursday night. Based on past experience, if you check in on a long holiday or a weekend, it is recommended to lower your expectations appropriately. The service may not be so timely and the price will be different.

I feel that this hotel is very suitable for family travel, and there is no price increase during the New Year, which is very affordable. Breakfast is also good, almost four-star level. Very formal youth travel equipment, there is a public activity area, the hot friends are hiding in the past few days and blowing air conditioning with the boss. The boss is a very elegant and gentle Jiangnan man, talkative! There is a big yard and terrace to dry clothes and quilts, and a super smart black dog, too likeable. Girls four rooms, separate bathroom, the stay experience is quite comfortable, the quilt is soft. Don't use your own quilt. This is great. The Badger is too hot these days, fortunately the boss here has a dog accompanied by a lot of travel books.
