"I have to commend the hotel's service! The staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was quick. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet for a good night's rest. The amenities were complete, and I had a great stay. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it to everyone."

"This is the best hotel service I have ever stayed in. When I arrived at the hotel, a waiter helped me push my suitcase to the front desk. The front desk staff prepared warm towels and tea with floral water. Another waiter helped me wipe the suitcase and asked me if I had any plans for the next day. After learning that I had plans for the next day, they took the initiative to contact a car and sent me there directly for service the next day. It was really considerate."

"Absolutely terrible! There were "No Smoking" signs posted throughout the room, yet there were three ashtrays: one in the bathroom, one on the sofa, and one on the table. It was basically a no-smoking zone, with obvious secondhand smoke. After changing rooms, the windows creaked loudly in the middle of the night, and the staff just tried to brush it off. The front desk said the construction would start at 7:30, but they started before 6:00! It was incredibly noisy!"

"Honestly, with such amazing service, any minor issues with the hotel environment simply don't matter! From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm and gentle smile. Even though the lobby was small, good service trumps everything else! After checking in, I added her on WeChat, and she even recommended some great local restaurants. I was also able to reserve a charging spot for my car in advance, which was super convenient. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay! However, the hotel facilities could use some improvement. For example, the laundry room could be larger with more washing machines and dryers. Two washers and one dryer definitely aren't enough during peak season! Our clothes were taken out of the dryer twice the night we washed them and still weren't dry. Compared to the hotel we booked in Shaoshan the night before, the service here was night and day – absolutely superior!"

"I usually don't write reviews when I stay in the hotel. This time the experience exceeded expectations and I deliberately shared it! The twin room costs 288 yuan, and the price is the same. The room hygiene is very solid, the bedding, disposable slippers, and wash cups are clean and tidy. The decoration details are exquisitely polished, the whole house is smart home, and it is also equipped with an electric toilet, and the experience is directly upgraded. The shower water pressure is stable and abundant, and the bath is particularly comfortable. More than 200 prices can have such a configuration and environment. I am really surprised. I will choose this one for subsequent travel. It is highly recommended."

"Finding a tranquil place in the hustle and bustle of the busy city, this hotel is undoubtedly a perfect haven. It is located in a prime location in the city, and it is extremely convenient for business and leisure travel. Although the hotel may not look so bright, the interior decoration reveals a warm nostalgia, as if every carpet, every mural tells a history. Entering the hotel, the first thing that came into view was the front desk, where the staff's smile was like a warm sun, illuminating the fatigue of the journey. They greeted every guest with courtesy and patience, making people feel at home. Whether it is check-in or consultation news, their service is always satisfactory and reassuring. The facilities in the room are all available, from toiletries to hot water supply to air conditioning, everything is carefully prepared to ensure that guests can have a comfortable living environment. Moreover, the most intimate thing is that the hotel also provides free parking and perfect charging facilities, which is undoubtedly a huge boon for self-driving travelers. At this hotel, you don't need to worry about the high price, because the services and facilities that match the level of a four-star hotel are presented at a more affordable price. Whether it is a family trip or a personal trip, it is the first choice for your budget. Here you can enjoy a four-star treatment without having to pay a four-star price, the price is incredible. At night, as you lie on your soft bed and listen to the whispers of the city outside the window, you will find that this hotel is not just a temporary habitat, but a home away from home that makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Here, every stay is a new exploration, and every departure leaves a good memory."

Home2 Suites by Hilton Xiangtan Jiuhua ★★★★
"The service was absolutely terrible. The previous guest changed rooms, and they let me check in without even clarifying the situation. Then, the next morning, the previous guest checked out and, thinking my room was empty, the staff just opened the door and walked in, leaving us completely bewildered. And the air conditioning was incredibly noisy, like a tractor. For a new hotel, how could the equipment maintenance be so awful? I'm speechless. My last stay was unpleasant due to service issues, and since my travel companion had checked in first, I took a chance and chose this hotel again. It was truly outrageous; I made a fool of myself."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. Because I wanted to see the night view, I chose a room close to the road, and the railway also passed by. It was a bit noisy when the window was open, and there were occasional train whistles, about 2-3 times a night. However, after closing the window, there was basically no sound, and if you are not very sensitive, it basically does not affect your sleep. The hotel's service is very considerate. Manager Chen personally accompanied me to choose and change rooms; Xiao Chen's service was very thoughtful, and he sent afternoon tea desserts and commemorative medals. Five-star praise!"
