"This Hilton Garden Inn is the best I've stayed at in the Garden Inn series. The hotel's location is excellent, just one or two stops from Jushan Square in the city center, and it's situated between three major scenic areas, making it very convenient to get around. There's an open-air rooftop garden next to the lobby, and the gym is large, professional, and has a great atmosphere with comprehensive facilities. The lobby also offers complimentary coffee and tea, and the breakfast is quite substantial. The staff are warm and attentive to guests, which is a very pleasant experience. The hotel rooms are very large, probably around 30 square meters, and they are new and odor-free. I had a very enjoyable three-day, two-night stay here."

"This hotel offers absolutely no service, I can't believe it's even ranked. Not only can you not park in the lobby, but there's no one to help with your luggage. A guest lost their glasses and found out 24 hours later, but had to call the hotel themselves to retrieve them. They didn't proactively contact the guest. Other hotels would usually help mail items back, but this one makes you arrange for a pickup yourself. Terrible, terrible, don't stay here. This is the first time in my life I've given a hotel a bad review."

"The B&B service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Its location is convenient, and the common areas feature a small pool and a heated soaking tub, offering great recreational options – you won't get bored staying in. The stunning views from the hotel balcony are also a highlight, with the magnificent Wanfenglin (Forest of Ten Thousand Peaks) feeling incredibly close. Parking was easy too; when we drove there, a butler arrived early to wait for us by the road, guiding us to parking and helping with luggage. Just a heads-up for the summer peak season: the roads near the B&B can get congested. If you plan to visit nearby attractions, I recommend checking traffic conditions and leaving early and returning late to avoid delays."

"This is my first serious review, hoping to warn others and hopefully avoid similar pitfalls. The moment I entered the parking lot, I knew I was in for a disaster – it was filthy, messy, and dilapidated. My heart sank when I reached the elevator; it was so run-down, and it was shared by multiple hotels and office buildings. It took 15 minutes to get there at 10 pm. Entering the room, my heart sank even further. An 800+ RMB room with the decor of a roadside guesthouse! There was no Wi-Fi, and when I called the maintenance staff, they said it was broken and couldn't be fixed. No internet, no TV; the sockets had no power, and they had to come to the housekeeping department to turn on the circuit breaker. The next morning, even the pickle plate was empty – can you believe it?! I took a few pictures of the room's decor, and in all my decades of hotel stays, this is the worst I've ever experienced. I had booked three nights at this hotel, but I immediately cancelled and fled the next morning. Finally, I had to ask for an invoice four times before they gave me one! Just look at the pictures – an 800+ RMB hotel with an elevator, lights, and bedside table – it's laughable!"

The promotional pictures and the actual place are exactly the same. There's also WeChat customer service available 24/7. 2. The receptionist is incredibly beautiful and gentle ❤️❤️. She helps you book lunch and dinner in advance, and there's a menu with various dishes to choose from. All dishes are pre-ordered and made to order. Tonight's coconut chicken was made with fresh coconuts and local free-range chicken – incredibly delicious! 3. It's very close to Yuhuang Peak, and the view from the summit is stunning. It's the most luxurious and cost-effective guesthouse in the area – a must-try for anyone visiting Xingyi. 4. There's also a gym and bar, with complete facilities. The infinity pool is amazing, just like at the beach! There's also a bonfire area and a tea lounge. I was sunbathing on a lounge chair at noon, and the staff even brought me tea – a truly relaxing vacation. 5. Although it's a bit pricey during the Chinese New Year period, the winter scenery is definitely worth seeing. Highest rating: I will definitely come back! This is a must-stay in Xingyi!!!"

The owner, Brother He, is from Hunan, and his service is warm and professional. He offers pick-up and drop-off service from Xingyi High-Speed ​​Railway Station, a 10-minute drive away. My five-day, four-night trip was very comfortable thanks to Brother He's arrangements. We visited Wanfenglin, Malinghe, Wanfo Temple, Nanpanjiang, Wanfeng Lake, Fengchaoji, and even went paddleboarding on the Baishui River. Each day, we strolled along the river, enjoying the breathtaking scenery – sometimes shrouded in mist, sometimes drizzling, sometimes bathed in sunshine under blue skies – a truly unforgettable experience. "The location is decent; it's not far from Wanfenglin, but quite a distance from the city center, so it's best for those with a car. You'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The hotel seems to be mostly booked by tour groups, and the front desk openly admitted that booking through Ctrip is more expensive than their group rates. The way they looked at me, it felt like it was significantly more, though I didn't ask. The hotel itself is quite large and winding. Even though I booked a room on the sixth floor, I still had to climb stairs, but thankfully, staff helped with the luggage. The hotel facilities are very old and poorly maintained, completely different from the pictures. Paying over 1000 during peak season was a huge regret; I wish I had paid a bit more to stay within Wanfenglin. There's only one self-service laundry room, which was quite far from my room. It felt like I had to cross the entire hotel just to do laundry. Plus, there were many people and few machines, so even after making the trek, it was often impossible to get a machine, and waiting could take several hours, which was incredibly frustrating. I went to breakfast late, and they started clearing up at 10 AM. A server came over and asked, 'Are you finished?', and started taking plates away without waiting for an answer. You can climb the hill behind the hotel and take some photos."
