"The room was spacious with a fantastic city view from the high-floor window. The breakfast was quite rich for a 4-star hotel; I stayed for three consecutive days and never felt like the options were repetitive. Complimentary coffee and tea are available all day in the lobby on the fifth floor, and they even provide a fresh fruit platter daily. The location is great, as it's a short taxi ride to all the main attractions. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Bai, was always prompt and enthusiastic in answering questions."

"Excellent service, great environment, spotless cleanliness, and beautiful views. Everything was top-notch, except for the price which was a bit high. I stayed for two nights and honestly, if my schedule hadn't been fixed, I would have loved to stay an extra night. When I checked out, the owner even gave me two boxes of tea as a farewell gift, which was a really nice touch!"

"The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and there are many unique local eateries nearby. It's also very close to the museum. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk arranged a high-floor room for me, which offered great views. I didn't notice it at check-in, but later realized that the complimentary fruit plate for the first day wasn't delivered. This is something that needs improvement."

The courtyard boasts a large, flat lawn facing the peaks, perfect for photos and relaxation. The service truly exceeded our expectations; they provided airport pickup, and staff proactively helped with our luggage upon arrival. During our stay, attention to detail was excellent, requests were handled quickly, and they thoughtfully offered tips for sightseeing. We even received a lovely local souvenir upon checkout, which was a heartwarming touch. The room was clean and comfortable, the environment was quiet, and the location made it very convenient to access the scenic area. Traveling with seniors and children, we felt safe and relaxed. This B&B was a delightful surprise during our Guizhou trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"Pros: It's a guesthouse converted from a villa complex, the surroundings are lovely, the room is spacious, and both the facilities and service are excellent. Great value for money! Cons: The location is a bit out of the way, so it's best suited for families with a car. There's a very bustling area with many restaurants about a 7-minute drive away. Overall: For this price, I'm very satisfied! Highly recommended."

"This place is great for families and solo travelers. Visiting during the off-season felt like incredible value, and I even got an upgrade on my solo trip. If you have enough time, I highly recommend trying the yoga, private hot springs, and batik — they're all fantastic. For dining, you can walk or take a scooter to the nearby village for food, or simply eat at the hotel. I only tried the Japanese ramen, which was very substantial; I'd recommend it if you like ramen. They also provided afternoon tea, which was delicious 😋. But the absolute best was the cold brew tea they served at the end (made by the hotel itself) – I wanted to buy a whole case of it! Overall, it's a very unique place in the Wanfenglin area. Travelers who prioritize quality experiences should definitely give it a try. Service attitude gets full marks."

"I didn’t like the fact that they had changed my room from my booking by offering to my friend who also had a booking for same duration , that the room is upgraded. My original booking has a panoramic view of the mountains and it was the priciest. They offered a room that is very narrow in terms of the view by giving the impression that it is new and actually it is an upgrade from the original booking. The truth was because they had other group bookings and they needed to offer my original room to another group booking. Eventually after I had made a fuss, they offered a $30/- reduction on the room rate. But the point is this, if I didn’t fuss, they will hope that I didn’t notice. The insignificant compensation did not change my altered mood nor trust of the management of this establishment."

"The room is so spacious and spotlessly clean. The owner is so friendly and even offered to fetch us to the 峰林布衣僚 after knowing that we are late. The lady boss cooked us breakfast everyday. And the breakfast is very homely and delicious. Overall, the view from the room is so beautiful. The hospitality by the owner and lady boss is top notch! I will definitely choose this venue if I am visiting wanfenglin again."
