"Choosing the right hotel for this trip to Ya'an was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is absolutely impeccable, right next to the bus station and National Highway 318, making it incredibly convenient whether you're driving or transferring. The covered bridge for nighttime views is just a few minutes' walk away, eliminating any detours. The room was cleaner than expected, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, instantly relieving travel fatigue. The bathroom was also spotless, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The receptionist was warm and professional, patiently answering all my travel questions and even proactively upgrading my room. They also provided complimentary ******* tea, perfect for a relaxing chat over a cup of fragrant tea – a truly authentic Ya'an experience. The hotel has convenient parking, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. From the facilities to the service, everything was impeccable, offering exceptional value. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable, with meticulous attention to detail – a stay that completely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ya'an!"

"I was eating nearby and didn't want to drive home late, so I just booked this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so great! Right after I booked, someone from the staff called to ask if I was driving and guided me to the parking lot. They were so patient and thoughtful. Check-in was polite and enthusiastic. I didn't try the freshly ground coffee, afraid it would keep me up, but the black tea was delicious, and the surprise was that it was kept warm all the time. On a cold winter day, a cup of black tea in the lobby really warms the heart 🥰. After checking in, there was even someone to escort me to the elevator. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was plentiful and at a good temperature. The minimalist room style, coupled with the picturesque bay window, is perfect for enjoying the night view. Since I didn't book breakfast, fearing I wouldn't wake up in time, I won't comment on it. I'll definitely try it next time I visit."

"Big shoutout to Doro Xiao at the front desk! Our stay with the little one this time was absolutely delightful! We called ahead to request a bed rail, and not only was it securely installed when we arrived, but they also had kids' toiletries waiting in the room. They even helped us book a time to see the pandas, which our child loved! What was even more touching was that on Mid-Autumn Festival, Doro specially delivered a handwritten greeting card and mooncakes 🥮. Her service was warm and meticulous throughout, and she even recommended family-friendly sightseeing routes, thinking of everything for us. Encountering such a thoughtful staff member made staying at the hotel the warmest memory of our trip. We'll definitely look for Doro again next time!"

They offered complimentary pick-up and drop-off services to local attractions anytime, provided free access to basic first-aid supplies and other essentials, and even had an arcade game machine. The breakfast, served in a charming nine-compartment style, was also very generous and varied. Our room's floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for photos, allowing you to just unwind and gaze at the lush green views all day long, which felt incredibly therapeutic. It was a truly delightful stay!"

The entire experience was full of pleasant surprises, especially the service, breakfast, and the atmosphere with fellow travelers – it completely exceeded my expectations and was a definite plus for the trip! The hotel service deserves special praise! The receptionists were warm and professional; I felt a sense of belonging as soon as I arrived. They proactively helped with my luggage, quickly checked me in, and patiently answered all my questions. This is also a must-see on the 318 National Highway, so many people who drive along the 318 stay here. It's great for both leisure and business trips; we always stay here when we travel for work! Both the service and the rooms make you feel incredibly welcome. Any needs during our stay were met with prompt response, whether it was room service or parking directions. The staff were always courteous and attentive to detail. There are many places to visit in Ya'an. Watching the seagulls on the Qingyi River was a great experience, and the hotel environment was excellent. Overall, the experience was excellent and I was extremely satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ya'an!"

"I was absolutely delighted with my stay at the Vision Hotel! The staff was incedibly nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Eventhough I cannot speak Mandarin, they went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The room and bed are super comfortable and the tea experience was very enjoyable too. Below the building you have a lot of food spots available as well as a daily market and food market on the parallel street to the west of the city. I enjoyed my stay in Ya’an and would definitely love to come back. It is a very laidback city with very generous people. PS the Panda Base in Bifengxi is a must visit - along with the scenic spot of Bifeng Georg and the suspension bridge. It’s a magical place and you can see a lot of Pandas without too many people around. I went on a tuesday and it was very calm and relaxing."
