"1. This place is a bit hard to find, as it gets dark around 8 PM. The alley is quite narrow, and there are almost no streetlights on rural roads in Japan at night, so you have to be very careful when driving. Plus, there are no signs at the entrance to the alley, making it even harder to find. 2. We arrived at the guesthouse on the first floor around 8:30 PM. The front desk was locked, meaning they seem to close around 7 PM. There was no one at the front desk to greet us. There was an English sign on the door directing us to go directly to the second floor. The room door wasn't locked, so we could check in immediately. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. It was great value for money. It was very quiet at night, making it easy to fall asleep, and the wooden bed had a pleasant fragrance that helped calm our emotions. It was definitely worth the price. 3. The only downside was that when we woke up the next morning, the bar on the first floor was still locked. My family, including my parents, wondered why there was no one at the bar or inside, even though we had ordered breakfast. We waited until 8:50 AM (Japan time) and still couldn't reach the phone number listed at the counter; no one answered. Asking Tip customer service was the same. This was the only thing that made us wait so long without finding a solution. There was nowhere to eat breakfast nearby, which was very disappointing. If breakfast started at 9 AM, we would have been starving, but the platform didn't indicate that breakfast was only served at 9 AM. It was far too late. We had been trying to contact them from 7 AM to 9 AM, and we could only leave hungry, citing our inability to reach the front desk. We hope the platform can give us an explanation; this shouldn't be the way it's handled. Everything else, I thought, was great, but why is breakfast only served at 9 AM? I don't understand. 9 AM is 8 AM Taiwan time; everyone was starving!"

"great hotel that was clean and had all the necessary features. however, we booked through Trip and the hotel did not send us any email, which was supposed to contain a check-in code and also code for the main door outside. this caused a lot of panic when we checked-in late at night and there was no front desk. thankfully we called them through the Trip app and the staff managed to help us promptly. just something to take note !"

It is close to the bus stop and you can take the bus to the city or other attractions. The overall cleanliness is very good."
